「Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」

However first impressions of the site and room were a bit disappointing !The room lacked a good standard of cleanliness and our sheets were a bit on the grubby side. 「Nigel was very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast included an array of cereals, yogurts, breads and scrambled egg was available. The site is close to the beach but it was too cold for us to spend any time by the sea.」

「A second lovely stay at Fairlight and will definitely be back for a third. Stayed in the main house this time and was a big toom for one person. Breakfast didn't disappoint and a great choice. If you can't see it just ask. Jude and Karl are great hosts and keep a lovely clean premises. Can't wait to come back and stay in one of the newly renovated rooms!」
