"The faucet in our room (hot water) was loose so I have to hold it by the base to turn on/off, no microwave in room & the ice machine on my floor (3rd) was out of order. Completely an inconvenience! "

"The roach problem was discovered on our first day at the motel. The bedding was clean but the mattress sucked. Cleaning was done only at a cursory level. Once 11:00 am rolled around, the attitude of the staff changed from bad to worse; like they couldn’t wait to see you leave. Granted, if you had a problem that would have you stay longer and gives them more money, they would begrudgingly work with you, but only so far. Then they just call the police on you. Not the best representatives of the hospitality industry. I would not recommend staying at Motel 6 in King of Prussia, PA. "

"Room was good, staff is a different story. The best ones were the few dealt with when we checked. The older Hispanic lady was the rudest of the bunch with how she was supposed to do room service she would only ask us what we need and tell us to put the dirty towels on the cart for her"

"They gave a breakfast voucher. I was supposed to get a room with a pullout couch, but they didn’t have that so they brought a roll out bed. The toilet at first was broken in my room, but the staff immediately came to fix it. I didn’t like that there was barely light in the room. My son really enjoyed the pool. Overall I would say the stay was a 3.8/5."
