"Everyone is friendly and hotel is clean. Love the rooms have shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. The coffee machine brews a fresh cup in the lobby and is not old coffee all day. Plenty of seats, tv, computers and tables to hangout in the lobby. I always love staying here!"

"The space was perfect for our short getaway. Location was great and the space was very clean and cozy. Host was very responsive and made our check-in and check-out process super easy. "

"Some of the books and decor things were really dusty, but otherwise it was pretty clean. It’s a small place good for two people. Though I wish the bedroom was separated- there is no door to the bedroom and there is also a way to look int the living room from the bedroom so not much in the way of privacy if you want it. Cute area though with a lot of nightlife within walking distance. Good for a short stay. "

"Layout was strange. Taking steps down to get on n elevator to go up was wild, especially with luggage and stuff hai bff to be hauled. Breakfast was supposed to be in lobby, but was on 1st floor. "

"The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful prior to and during our stay. The area seems fine with an indoor market a block away, and it looks like Dayton is pushing hard to revitalize the downtown area. Very happy with stay."
