"I came for a three day work trip. The apartment was easy to find. Street parking was available around the corner from the room. The space was clean and beautiful. There were so many great plants that added a nice touch. The kitchen had basic essentials. This was a great place to stay. It was safe, beautiful, comfortable and I would definitely stay again. "

"Absolutely wonderful stay!! The front desk staff ladies were the BEST, specifically, Lisa. I had a few minor issues and Lisa went above and beyond to be certain I was happy. I travel often and Lisa is honestly what made my stay the most memorable. What an asset she is. The hotel is in a great location in the city center with great views of the river. Love that the parking was free in an enclosed parking garage with an assigned spot. Rooms were nice and clean."

"The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash,one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in the bedroom, so we could easily recharge our phones and computers.The kitchen was easy to figure out and comfortable for the one night we decided to eat in.The apartment was a comfortable place to stay for 6 days of research at the library's history room.
