Spacious 2 Bedroom House in the Heart of Kimberly
Home was completely updated in 2024. It is a 1100 sq foot, one story home. The home is in the heart in the Village of Kimberly within walking distance of Roosevelt Park with ample play equipment for children.
Full kitchen and pantry is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, water glasses, coffee mugs, mixing/serving bowls, storage containers, silverware and serving utensils. Also has a gas stove/oven (convection), air fryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
Large living room has 65" screen TV and a dry bar making this an entertainment dream space.
The spacious master bedroom with a king bed with oversized custom closet organizer with a 55" screen TV. Second bedroom with a queen beed and semi-walk in closet. Bathroom has tub with custom tile work. Towels and linens are included along with washer and dryer.
The outdoor space has a new stamped concrete patio with a fire pit and gas grill for outdoor relaxation.
Main Street is approximately a mile away with a hearty nightlife and many restaurants and bars.
Sunset Park is also approximately a mile away.
The property is 30 minutes to EAA Convention grounds and 30 minutes to Lambeau Field.
