気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Did not appericate the additional $9.00 (tax) added onto my bill when I arrived at property. I paid on line thru Expedia and it was advertised as all taxes and fees included on price I paid. Arrived at hotel and owed more. This will keep me from staying here again.
Stayed in a handicap rooms (I'm Handicapped) and had to climb into the tub to take a shower. This was not handicap accessible other than the bathroom was larger.
At 7:30 pm the office was closed and had to conduct transactions thru window slot. At 11:00 am same issue when I turned in key and asked for a receipt.
