「Extremely disappointing — would not recommend. We checked in September 11th after driving straight from Colorado, and the front desk experience was awful. The employee was rude, disrespectful, and completely lacked empathy. I was told my Mastercard credit card was not acceptable for the deposit because I needed a “bank credit card,” despite the hotel’s posted policy not stating this requirement. 「This was an average stay. For the price I paid, it is reasonable. I could tell the staff had cleaned the place. However, there was a lack of communication from the host which I was unhappy about. The locations is decent and central in Temple.」
