About this property

Where Sky Meets Sea Kihei Rooftop Corner Retreat Expansive Lanai and Views

  • *This is a NEW listing and it is absolutely stunning*

Perched high above the shoreline, this top-floor corner residence delivers an indoor–outdoor living experience so rare it feels custom-designed for those who know exactly what they want. From the moment you step inside, the ocean draws you forward; not simply as a view, but as the undeniable centerpiece of the home.

The PRIVATE ROOFTOP is nothing short of extraordinary. Spanning nearly one thousand square feet, it surrounds you with uninterrupted ocean views alongside sweeping vistas of West Maui, Haleakalā, and the shifting light of sunrise and sunset. Designed for champagne at golden hour, slow sunlit mornings, and evenings that linger long after the sky softens, this is not a balcony. It is a private open-air sanctuary, unlike anything else on this side of the island.

Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully elevated. The kitchen and bathrooms are finished with custom marble surfaces inspired by the colors of sea and sky, complemented by finely crafted cabinetry and a sleek quartz-topped beverage and wine bar. A built-in wine cooler is thoughtfully included, inviting relaxed coastal entertaining and effortless evenings that begin indoors and drift outside. A modern convection oven with air-fry capability completes the kitchen, blending performance with understated design.

Italian leather seating, champagne-gold finishes, and a bespoke pineapple dining set create interiors that feel intentional, photogenic, and effortlessly refined. Luxuriously comfortable king beds are paired with premium hybrid mattresses designed for exceptional rest, while large flat-screen televisions invite effortless evenings in. Ceiling fans and central air conditioning throughout ensure comfort is seamless and ever-present.

Oversized windows flood the primary suite with ocean light, framing the horizon beyond, while an electric fireplace adds a soft, intimate evening ambiance; perfect for unwinding as the sun slips below the water.

This is the kind of place guests talk about long after they leave.
The kind of stay that defines the entire trip.
The kind of residence that becomes the backdrop to your most shared moments.

Sugar Beach offers several miles of sandy coastline; excellent for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking or canoeing. This is the perfect beach for morning or sunset walks and to spot turtles! There are also several tide pools along the walk that may interest the younger beach combers.

The complex is located right next to the Kihei Canoe Club, where you can watch avid canoe paddlers launch off of this beautiful beach. Come witness a true Hawaiian art and tradition! The property is only a 15 minute drive from the Kahului (OGG) airport and even closer to the Maalaea Harbor.

Be sure to stop by the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge on your stroll and take advantage of the wooden boardwalk to look out onto the glassy waters and lush foliage of this natural reserve.

Island Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on our vacation and it was a pleasure at the end of the day to return to our unit. The kitchen was stocked with all the goodies and there were quite a few consumables which we found very helpful. Our unit was newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The lanai was a bonus as it was very peaceful and private. We enjoyed our morning coffee and pastries (from the bakery across the street) while watching the Canoe club practice just off the beach. If you’re looking for the suite life this unit is for you.

I wouldn’t stay in Kīhei again. This was our first trip to Maui. We originally were going in June for 10 days in Paia with extended family. Due to my brother’s military schedule change we had to change our dates and since the house we were renting in Paia wasn’t available for 10 days in July, I found this condo for my family of four to stay the last 5 days of our trip. I looked at the pictures and read the description and thought what a wonderful place I found for us on the beach. The first part of our trip was a lot of driving around, so I had hoped the last part to be relaxing at the condo on the beach, swimming in the ocean and pool. The beach in front of the condo will be empty. The water doesn’t look at all like the photos. It is a murky, muddy reddish brown. We didn’t once get in the water. When we first got there and I walked to the water, the sand is a muddy texture that got stuck in my toenails. It reminds me of Galveston. We are from Texas and instead of going to Galveston, we drive 12 hours to Destin, Florida where the sand is white and the water is clear emerald. We have gone all over the island and the beaches in Kīhei are the worst I’ve seen in Maui. I thought all of Maui would be nice. We had to drive to west Maui to be at pretty beaches with the clear blue water and to be able to swim. The condo itself is very pretty, but it’s so windy you cannot enjoy the outdoor space. People rev their engines driving the road behind the condo. Condo is nice, but not worth
