The living space is open and airy, flowing naturally through sliding doors onto a private lanai where gentle ocean breezes drift in throughout the day. When you are ready to explore, the neighborhood wraps around you with everything you could need. Local restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and a grocery store are all within easy walking distance, making each day as effortless as it is beautiful.

To honor the aloha spirit for all guests and residents at the Royal Mauian, we kindly ask that occupancy remain at a maximum of 6 people at all times, including adults, children, infants, and overnight visitors. The property is smoke free, one parking space is included per unit, and exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas for everyone's comfort and security.
