This spacious, quiet, bright second (top) floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with space to sleep 2-3 additional guests. With high vaulted ceilings and a large living room and dining area, you'll enjoy a bright, spacious, and airy feel. Sunlight streams into the unit in the mornings, and you can leave the doors to the lanai open with screens and fans to enjoy that tropical breeze (though we do also provide AC for those hotter summer days). In addition to the CA King in the master bedroom, and queen in the second bedroom, the living room is equipped with a fold out queen couch in the living room, and the master has a comfy armchair that folds out into a twin.

Enjoy your morning coffee (provided by us!) on the beautiful lanai overlooking the tropical canyon consisting of palm trees (one of which my grandfather planted!) and flowers, all the while listening to the song birds. Then head off to the beach with provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and snorkel gear.

The award winning Grand Champions has 2 pools and hot tubs, and 6 poolside grills, as well as tennis and golf adjacent to the complex. Within a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive you can be strolling 3 1/2 miles of beaches, swimming, snorkeling, or visiting shops and dining in fine restaurants. Nearby four and five star hotels offer boat rentals and other services as well.
