Come visit one of the best beaches in all of Maui - a short 4 min walk to Kam 1/Charley Young beach where turtles swim & bask on golden sand. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo. The condo comfortably sleeps four with all the comforts including a king bed, queen sofabed, new AC (installed 2025) in living room + bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, + beach equipment (towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkels). Resort features Pickelball and tennis courts, 3 pools, & BBQ area.

**Due to Maui being a tropical destination, we do perform monthly pest control services. We kindly ask for your cooperation if you see Dwayne from Orkin. He is so very kind but will need 2-3 minutes access during the monthly service.

***Unit 3309 is on the 3rd floor of a shared building. We cannot control circumstances like landscaping, building maintenance, tennis court or pool noise, etc. The local resident birds start chirping around sunrise. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am.

Host and accommodations were GREAT

The condo was clean and comfortable for the four of us! There were plenty kitchen supplies and lots of extra beach accessories. The place is nicely decorated with everything we needed and more. Maholo!
