The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was a great addition. Greg was an amazing host and checked in on me periodically to ensure everything was going well. Would for sure return If I ever come back to Maui.

Multiple stays

This was our 4th stay and continues to be one of our favorites. Location is superb and with the S. Maui Gardens adding food carts and music we loved it. Would recommend!

This was my first time in Maui but I don't think you'll be able to find a better location than this. The condo is perfect and Greg was awesome to work with. Can't recommend it enough!

Lovey Complex

Clean, homey feeling condo, with a lovely view of the ocean. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops. Auntie Snorkel, is about a mile down the street, and has inexpensive paddle board rentals. Then walk your board across the street where the water is calm in the morning.Thank you Greg!Ronnie

Great week at Maui Shores

Convenient to beaches and restaurants in Kihei. Condo was clean, had everything we wanted. Pool was nice and well-maintained. Complex was quiet. Great place for a week of R&R on Maui!

The View!

Greg’s condo was perfect for our week on Maui. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with beach gear. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the surfers and spotting whales. The location is perfect with beaches and lots of great places to eat in easy walking distance.

A great place to stay

Great communication and perks of umbrella, boogie board, and other beach stuff. It is in a very good location if you are learning to surf. The A/C in the bedroom is amazing because a lot of units do not have that. Take note.

Everything you need

Great spot for a chill time. Surfing across the street with a board shop around the corner. Free use of snorkeling equipment. Walk or short drive to some of the best beaches on Maui. Place was clean and fully equipped.

Our 2nd floor condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the expansive ocean view. We used the beautiful pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and pickleball courts every day. Highly recommended!

Excellent location

Excellent location on well taken care of property. Right across from Cove Beach Park, great to wake up and see the ocean and watch the surfers, and in the evening to see the sunset. We have typically stayed a little further south in the past, a little closer to Charley Young and Kamaole Beaches which we prefer to Cove Beach, but this was not much further, and we loved being so close to the food trucks and Foodland. Pool and hot tub were excellent and well maintained. Property isn't as updated as others but priced accordingly and we were very satisified with what we got. Thanks for a great stay!!

Excellent location and amenities. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful ocean waves and sunsets right from lanai. Easy walk to shops, cafe’s, restaurants, beaches, parks. Pool/hot tub area very nice with extensive grill set up. Recommend without hesitation! Would definitely stay here again!

Greg was great with quick thoughtful responses to questions and generous with extras at the condo like coffee and a handy beach umbrella that worked well. The condo is well maintained and comfortable. The extra bed in the bedroom was handy either to sleep in or unpack onto. View and location stellar. Everything about this place was amazing. Location, view, a/c, amenities, pool temp, cleanliness, towels, boogie board, lounge chairs/umbrella, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen including condiments and coffee, decent beds, quiet and private, front row parking every day, shopping/food 5 minutes walk away, and adorable little geckos greeting us every morning on our way out of the complex. Greg was super easy to communicate with, and gave us a phone number to call if we needed anything. This place was great!

Beyond Perfect

This condo is super clean and has an awesome view from the private deck. We enjoyed watching the surfers and the sunsets. The air conditioning was welcomed in the afternoons. The pool and gardens are well maintained. We felt very safe. There is a place to park your car behind the building. The owner, Greg, had everything beautifully arranged for us. Rent this condo and you’ll be very happy.

Great place to stay. Can't beat the location. We were a half block from our favorite food truck park and had a great view of the cove where we watched the paddle boarders and surfers all week. Excellent sunsets and we loved using the pool. We made a few meals at home and the condo had everything we needed to cook at home or prep sandwiches for the beach. Also loved the use of the beach chairs and cooler. Greg and Nancy have it all for their guests!
