Nice, simple, clean, functional and well-stocked condo!

Having two showers was really nice for when you come back from the beach or pool. The closet had all the beach chairs, coolers etc you need. Plus, more things like sand toys are stored out in the garden. You can walk to the best bakery and shave ice on the island! The caretaker of the condo building was really on top of things and very nice. In the condo, the furnishings are older, but everything worked fine. Mike was very easy to communicate with. Would stay there again.

I Really can’t say enough great things about this place. My girlfriend and I didn’t want to leave! Perfect location as well as great amenities. The outdoor balcony is absolutely wonderful.

Great unit and host!

We had a very short, but very nice stay at this unit. Everything we needed and a very comunicative and helpful host! Only downside was some road noise - otherwise a nice property with great beach access. We enjoyed watching a wedding at the venue next door from our balcony and grilled dinner on the lawn area...wonderful place to make some Maui memories!

Maui Bliss, Found

I wasn't there long enough to use all the facilities, but I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Kai Nani Hale. The grounds are nicely groomed, the outdoor facilities well maintained. The unit is immaculate, in perfect condition, and is thoughtfully equipped, both its kitchen and a closetful of useful beach/outdoor gear. It also feels secure; I felt safe and comfortable instantly. The location is excellent - and in walking distance to my favorite bakery, shave ice shop, and farm stand, at Sugar Beach. Can't wait to visit again - next time for longer!

Great location!

This was a great location right on the beach with a wonderful view of West Maui Mountains and the Maalaea Bay out the balcony. The host was quite responsive and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed having ac at times.

Maui Getaway

We chose this condo because it had both ocean and mountain views and was in a great location to explore the island. The owner made sure we had all the information on the condo and also a lot of helpful information about things to do and places to eat in the area. He was also very responsive when we reached out during our stay. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a nice clean place to stay while exploring Maui.

Great location! Lots of useful free extras in the room for playing or relaxing at the beach. Super comfy soft bed, AC helps keep the room chill, and the ocean views and sounds are beautiful. Very helpful, responsive and communicative owner - would definitely stay again for a great home base in Maui paradise.

Nice owner, good location

A issue with housekeeping was quickly handled and resolved by Mike, the owner. We went from a previous horrible experience last week at another condo to this one that could’ve ruined our first trip in Maui, but luckily he made things right and better for the rest of our time there. The condo was as listed, clean and in a convenient location with all the amenities we needed. Thank you for making the rest of our vacation great with all your fun recommendations too!

Two day stay

Condo was very nice and well equipped for time on the beach. Kitchen supplies, helped for making meals in, especially breakfast. The only thing I would suggest is new batteries for the remotes and extra light bulbs. But other than that very nice!

This place is perfect ❤ I absolutely loved it so much I extended my stay 2 extra nights. Excellent communication with Mike. The condo had everything one might need while staying here, including beach necessaries. Beautiful view from the Lani. Looking one way the ocean, the other the mountains. Amazing comfortable bed. Nice showers. 2 TV's and everything you could want for your vacation..I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is but I am going to sum up my review by saying look no further and grab this great place. Amazing place

We enjoyed the beach and pool everyday. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Mike was so great at getting back to us and we had no trouble checking in. The on-site manager was very friendly and even invited us for dinner !!!

Felt like home

The condo was well equipped with everything you would need, right from beach supplies, to bathroom products and kitchen amenities. We had some difficultly with the door code, but the owner was on it right away. The beach with it’s beautiful soft sandy beach was lovely and then having the grassy area to relax was ideal. We enjoyed our stay.

great walking beach

This unit provides all the comforts of home and a fully stocked kitchen. Quiet. View of ocean from side of lanai. Great linens, plenty of towels including beach towels. I would come here again. 2 bathrooms. Internet. Very clean. Easy parking.
