  • Maui Sunset #B-513 is a fifth floor 1 bed, 2 bath Beachfront Breathtaking view and a freshly renovated Condo. Maui Sunset #B-513 has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless appliances include an induction/convection range, Bosch dishwasher. New front load washer and dryer. King-size bed with luxury linens. Solid eucalyptus wood flooring throughout. In the living room enjoy the Queen size sofabed, complimentary wireless high speed internet, Netflix, Smart TV with an extensive variety of cable TV channels, phone and answering machine free long distance to anyway in North America. This one-bedroom condo has a heavenly king-size bed, and 2 bathrooms. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-513 supplies beach chairs, beach towels, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
    Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
    Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
    Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
    We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
    Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, workout room, and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year, which says a lot about this property. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

We had a great time in this nicely furnished and equipped vacation rental, the apartments have a nice swimming pool and grounds. Close to some nice beaches though you will need a car recommended.

Great location, close to a lovely walking beach. Big family-friendly pool. Beautiful lawn and BBQ area. Nice tall table and chairs for dining on the lanai. Very responsive owners.

Heavenly Honeymoon

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at this wonderful condo. Beautiful furnishings and amazing view. Owners were very responsive and we had a wonderful stay. Lots of local restaurants close by, grocery stores close and night time music! A great value for the price we paid.

Great condo for a family visit to Maui

We loved it here. Vicki was great to work with, emailed a couple of times with questions and she promptly replied. We loved the location, the view from the balcony, the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice little walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Maui Sunset over 20 times and this unit is by far the most beautiful Condo we have stayed in. Nicely stocked kitchen, very clean and gorgeous decor! Would recommend this unit to all!

We had a wonderful stay at LePenthouse and would highly recommend it. The condo was spotlessly clean and the property has amazing grass and never a problem getting a chair by the pool. Sunsets were breathtaking!

Beautiful Condo

It had everything we needed to make our vacation amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the pullout was too. Our favorite spot was on the Lanai.. Watching the sunsets.. Thank you for making our Christmas so Perfect.
