One Bedroom Partial Ocean View Luana Kai Resort B205

B205 is a lovely one bedroom, one bathroom with AC.  There is a king size bed.  Updated kitchen with stainless appliances. TV in bedroom and living room.  Great courtyard view with tiki torches at night and view of ocean.  Tile floor throughout.  Full size washer/ dryer to do your laundry so you can pack light.

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts
FREE parking
NO elevators so you will walk up 2 flights of stairs.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Centrally located . Clean. Smooth check in and check out. The in unit washer and dryer was convenient. However the handles of the doors need to be switched to accommodate access with respect to the closet door configuration. The faulty toaster was replaced with ease. Well equipped, and well located

Convenient location: Kihei is closer to the OGG airport, Hana Highway, Haleakala, Molokini tours etc compared to, say, Lahaina. The resort is a short drive from shopping, restaurants, beach equipment rentals etc. On-site: The pool was useful for those days that we wanted to stay in. The beach is also right there. But there are much better beaches a few miles down the street. The unit: We didn't miss anything - from kitchen utensils to beach umbrellas, it was all there. Pool towels, bath towels, washer, dryer meant we had to pack fewer things. AC costs an extra $25 per night. I'd never seen that before. But there are fans everywhere, so we didn't really need AC. Check-in was smooth, and we could get in a couple hours early. Overall, a good experience. Would certainly recommend.
