Kihei Kai Nani #3-116 is a beautiful ground floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bath, unit with a tropical garden view. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, A.C. in the living room, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV/DVD, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Kihei Kai Nani #3-116 features quality tile in every room, including the bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with California king bed. Coin-operated laundry room on-site.
Kihei Kai Nani is a very popular and well liked condo. It's in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet cafe. Six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. This unit sleeps 2.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kihei Kai Nani is located right across from the world renowned Kamaole Beach Park #2. This gorgeous beach is famous for its long sandy shoreline, clean clear water for snorkeling, and great body surfing. Whale watch, paddle board, walk the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. It is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Kihei Kai Nani has a 60ft swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

A beautiful location

Clean, convenient to everything, located in beautiful South Maui. Lots of sea turtles to see right in the water at the Kamaole beaches. One minute walk to Kamaole II beach.

Great location with so many extras

Loved this place for our first stay in Maui. It had lots of extras that weren’t in the listing. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, two coolers and ice packs. The bathroom was beautifully renovated. Pots and pans were high quality. It was more than we were expecting! So happy with our stay.

Clean, quiet and well equipped!

We had a great stay. The condo was very well equipped and the location is great! Really enjoyed the pool which was warm and not very busy. Beach chairs, boogie boards and towels supplied and easy convenient parking. We hope to be back!

The location was amazing. Didn’t like having to turn the air on every 4 hours. Made for very sleepless nights. Also the unit was right by the dumpster and people empty their trash very early making for sleep issues.

Nice Clean Modern Unit

We have stayed in this complex many times over the last 20+ years and found this unit to be the cleanest, well equipped condo of all. We had a small maintenance issue and they were over in less than 2 hours and corrected the issue while we were out. We would definitely stay here again the the near future. Mahalo

We enjoyed staying at Kihei Kai Noni 3-116. The condo is comfortably furnished with thoughtful details throughout. The king bed was very comfortable and there were two different pillows for those who prefer a firm or softer pillow. The lanai provides a tranquil view and cool breeze in the evening. I highly recommend this condo.

Great property

Quiet, well-appointed, comfortable. Super great location to everything you need within walking distance. Lots of towels, 3 chairs, coolers, etc. Sheets were threadbare, but they purchased new ones after our visit. We had a lot of groceries and there was no cupboard or pantry for them, but plenty of space on peninsula.

The outdoor space makes a huge difference compare to the little balconies that most places have. Check in and out was very easy and the management company was very helpful. The condo is equipped with everything you can think of. The bed is comfortable and the cool air from the AC in the living room goes all the way to the bedroom.It’s really quiet and I highly recommend it with a kid as well!

Reviewer Comments: This was the prefect space to house my family of 4 (2 kids under 7 shared the pull out couch, parents took the bedroom) Kitchen was incredibly well stocked (and I like to cook so that's saying something) as well as the selection of beach gear! There is a pedestrian crosswalk at the entrance of the property that takes you safely across the street to Kam 2 where we spent most of our days. There is reef at either end of the beach to snorkel but check out Charley Young beach for Sea Turtles! The humpback whales put on a daily show on the horizon and we had more than one delicious meal from Fred's Mexican Cafe next door. The pool is cold (but having talked to others staying in the Kiheinarea, all the condo pools in that area are unheated?) so unless you want to pay to stay at a resort to have a heated pool, this place is the place to stay! Also, we preordered groceries from and Michelle's service was fantastic! There was a mix up in an item and Michelle swapped it out the same day at no charge.
