Welcome to Sugar Beach Resort #329– Exquisite Renovated Beachfront Haven

Experience the serene beauty of North Kihei at Sugar Beach Resort, a picturesque beachfront condominium resort offering breathtaking Pacific Ocean views. Two six-story buildings, equipped with elevators, provide easy access to an exceptional beachfront where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, swimming, windsurfing, leisurely beach walks, and seasonal whale watching.

A Note from the Owner:
After renting 4 different Sugar Beach units on 3 different floors for six years, we were fortunate enough to purchase in 2013. We feel unit is in the best building with easy access from the covered parking and one floor up from the roof parking. We drink our coffee in the morning on the lanai looking for turtles, manta rays, flying fish and whales. This unit has been remodeled to be exactly what we want and we would like to share our home with respectful guests.

Fantastic vacation rental

We had a great stay at this Sugar Beach ocean front condo. The views were so beautiful and the beach, just down the steps from the condo, was never busy. Condo was comfy and just what we were hoping for! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved Sugar Beach Resort!

Our condo at Sugar Beach Resort was perfect! The location was convenient for various tours around the island. The condo was just as described online. It had everything you could think to need, it was very clean and updated, the bed was super comfortable, the view from the lanai was amazing! We loved our stay!

Great location

It more than exceeded our expectations. It's a great central location, and it's easy to head out in any direction for fun and activities or to find a great beach. There's a reef right in front of the condo for some decent snorkeling. Sitting on the lanai watching the sunsets is amazing.

Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The property was quite clean, although I did notice that the photos made it look a bit nicer than it actually was. That said, this seems to be a common trend with other Vrbo rentals as well. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Absolutely Perfect

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach and this unit had everything we needed. We sat on the lanai every morning and evening and loved the proximity to the beach and everything we wanted to do. I also loved that the area wasn't too crowded. We got engaged on the beach right outside while taking in the incredible sunset views and this will always be a memorable place for us!

Vacation in Paradise

We could not have picked a better place to spend our 2 week (30th Anniversary) vacation. This place provided everything we needed and more! A fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, cooler & cold packs! Super comfy bed, roomy shower and the BEST views. The views from the lanai were breathtaking from sun up to sun down. Just a few steps and you're on the beach! The convenient location allowed us to see ALL of Maui. We loved the peacefulness of this place.

Sugar Beach 20 Year Anniversary Trip

The entire rental process from beginning to end was smooth. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was being beach front, listening to the waves crash and taking beautiful sunset pics from the lanai. After visiting Honolulu twice, we have found our new "Happy Place" here on Maui. We plan on returning in the future and hope to stay in this same location again. We could not be happier with the hospitality that was shown to us during our stay.

Wonderful stay on Sugar Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Sugar Beach. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked with the essentials and other things like spices and pantry items. The bed was very comfortable! ThIs is one of the nicest beaches I have visited and the views from the condo were amazing. Ali'i Resorts met us at the unit and were very helpful with our questions. We are so happy we chose Maui for our anniversary trip and were thankful we were able to come and contribute to the economy. Many prayers for the residents of the island and best of luck in your recovery.

Great location on sugar beach

Such a great place for us, decorated island style with all the modern conveniences. Everything was clean and lovely. The pool was small, but we don’t use it. Long walks on the beach recommended.
