This is the condo you've been searching for! Our newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (880 sq ft) top second floor condo is a total gem on sough-after South Kihei! Steps from Sugar Beach and centrally located on the island, this is the perfect home base for your Maui getaway. You have to experience the Kihei 205 condo!

This unit is extremely well taken care of with lots of upgrades, a fully-stocked kitchen, laundry, newly renovated bathroom, great patio overlooking the ocean and pool area, and much more. Comes with a Queen bed and 2 twin beds.

This is a 20 minute drive from the airport and the unit comes with a designated parking spot right outside the unit.

Great little condo. Very quiet

This condo was lovely. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful. The condo was quiet, we loved the little pool and lived that we could see the ocean from the lanai. The kitchen was great to have with all the supplies you could need. There were ample towels and closet and dresser space. The air conditioner was pretty loud and didn't reach the bedrooms well, but there were lots of fans provided.

We had a great time during our stay in Maui! The location was central to all of our adventures and our host, Joann, was so supportive and responsive. When my daughter had an unexpected medical emergency Joann was great in helping us try to figure things out. Thanks for a great stay!

Good views and updated

Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. The inside is updated and was clean when we arrived. There is a pool and hot tub you have access to as well, our kids enjoyed that a lot on days we weren’t able to go to the beach

Beautiful by the beach

Great property, accurate listing, wish we'd had access to a mop, though. Overall a great stay, can see the oceal from the balcony, and gets a great cooling breeze every evening.

Fantastic stay with a great host

We absolutely loved staying at Joann’s place. It was the perfect fit for the 4 of us and in an ideal location. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean every morning- I actually saw a whale breach from there. Also, Joann was a fantastic and very responsive host who was flexible and really helped us out. I would definitely stay here again!

More than I could have hoped!

Joann was so great at communication, so my first Vrbo experience was a great one. No issues getting in, condo was amazing. Location, amenities, everything! Couldn’t imagine staying somewhere else if we ever make it back to Maui!

Has everything you need!

This condo was small but had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. They place was very clean except the floor was dusty. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. The owner was very responsive and showed true aloha to us as guests .

Our Maui holiday

Great location and accommodations provided by our host Joann. Some minor inconveniences with condo, but Joann was responsive and took care of things promptly. Lots of Maui dust and little critters around the place but that is to be expected when visiting an island. Would come back again.

Kihei Gardens Condo

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Kihei Gardens Condo! It was easy to get in and the location was excellent! The condo was clean and bright! Great Hawaiian breezes at night thru the bedroom windows! The patio is a perfect place for dinner looking at the ocean and colorful skies. We would certainly rent this condo again.

Great location, easy access

We had a great stay. Location was good and convenient. Place was clean and spacious. Just across from the beach, great for morning walks! It was great that they had laundry detergent for the washing machine. Too bad there were no dish washing tablets for the dishwasher. Only complain would be the shower, wasn't able to adjust the show head and water pressure is not the best. Overall, a great place to stay.

Walk to Farmers' Market open M-F!

My son and I had so much fun. Lots of local residents in this part of the island. Rode the public bus to all other parts of the island. Walked to the Farmers' Market our 1st morning and stocked up on all sorts of locally grown goodies! Super Long Beach walk steps away from this wonderful condo.

Clean open space!

We’ve stayed in many Hawaii rentals and this one was lovely! Very open and clean feeling! Walk to the beach was right across the street! It was about a 30 minute walk to the nearest grocery store or coffee shop so definitely have a car or some type of transportation during your stay, we did enjoy morning walks in this area though. Communication with the host was amazing I always got a response very fast! You definitely can’t beat this rental with the quality and price! Hope to stay again soon!

Great Stay

Joann's place fit our needs perfectly. Our party included two adults and two kids (ages 7 and 11). It was super convenient to have a full kitchen for breakfast and packing lunches for our daytrips. The kids really enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys that were available at the house. When we returned for the evening, kids always had the energy to use the community pool. We enjoyed sunsets each evening by simply walking across the street and hanging out on the beach that is just steps away. We found the location ideal since we had plans on all ends of the island and Kihei is very centrally located for most trips. Would recommend!

Beautiful Experience

This was our very first time in Maui AND our first family vacation in almost 10 years so this was a HUGE deal for us and Joann's property was everything for us! Not only was it the perfect location but it was a fabulous property. Joann was amazing and supportive (as we were dealing with a family emergency) and extremely responsive to any questions we had. The property was beautifully cared for. The unit had absolutely everything a family needs for their vacation, from the fully stocked kitchen to the washer and dryer AND the invaluable beach necessities. The maintenance staff was out bright and early EVERY single morning taking care of the gorgeous property. If you are looking for a perfectly located, clean, modern and family friendly place to stay while in Maui this IS the place!! We won't hesitate to stay at Joann's property again, we loved it!!

Needs some maintenance & a deep cleaning

We liked the layout and decorating. Window AC meant the bedrooms stayed warm while the living room and kitchen were cool. Master bed was a bit small but comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and stove and microwave worked well. She left 3 large water bottles for us which was nice. The deck had all the beach supplies you could want - boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, toys, cooler etc. The unit itself had lots of ants and bugs throughout and overall dirty beyond the surfaces so we stored all our food in the fridge. Upon arriving we spent time fixing screens, repairing window (Duct taping over a broken pane) and a freezer door that wouldn’t close but they had supplies enabling that to happen. The pool and hot tub was great as were the bbq grills. Maid service arrived earlier than stated meaning we had to rush to leave but it worked out ok. Overall an enjoyable stay but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Comfortable Condo

This condo is located on the property of Kihei Holiday. We have stayed in various condos at Kihei Holiday, but this one was by far the best!! It is in a great location. Can walk across the street and your on the beach. You can walk Sugar Beach for miles or just the beach chairs across the street and hang out and swim or snorkel. This is on the second floor and we had a view of the pool and the ocean. Being close to the pool was nice. My husband used the grills almost every night. The condo is very spacious and the kitchen was amazing. Loved all the high end appliances and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was a pantry too, for storing all our snacks and dry goods. The ice maker was not working when we arrived and the owner promptly got a repairman to come fix it for us. Ice maker works great now!! There is a washer and dryer in the unit and we enjoyed having that. The bathroom was very nicely remodeled and had a great shower and big drawers to hold our toiletries. Each bedroom had plenty of room in the closet for our luggage and lots of hangers to hang our clothes. The dressers were very nice and held all our other items. The master bedroom has a queen and it was a little on the soft side for us. We prefer a firmer bed, so the second bedroom has twin beds that were firmer and appeared to be new. We never had to turn on the A/C because the air flows through the condo just fine. On a few days we did have to use the floor fan. If you like to read, the condo has a great selection of books! You will have a reserved parking spot too! Overall the condo was very comfortable for us and close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. The owner is very easy to work with if you have any issues at all. Thank you Joann for everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Jo Ann and Mark
