The Space:

Escape to this stunning house on Kiawah Island, SC with panoramic views of the Kiawah River and Cougar Point golf course holes 4 & 5. You’ll be welcomed by soaring ceilings and a warm, inviting great room. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, half bath, and a luxurious master bedroom are all conveniently located on the main level. Step out onto the screened-in porch from the primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, spacious closets, and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and soaking tub.



Relax and unwind on the large back deck off the living room, which offers outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and a scenic view of the beautiful native Lowcountry vegetation and golf course greens. Tucked away near the front of the island, it is only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute scenic bike ride to Freshfields for groceries, restaurants, and shopping.



Guests will have access to a garage port on the left side of the home, along with a bonus space on the garage level featuring a bar, television, ping pong table, and outdoor dining space with a private yard. The house is equipped with essential amenities such as a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet for your convenience.



Enjoy access to 5 Championship Golf Courses, The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center, 30 miles of bike trails, dining options, nature programs, and a kids camp at the Night Heron Park.
