We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well maintained, and well equipped. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Riva’s historic old town, so everything is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The location of the property was excellent. We could basically walk across the street and there was the whole historic center so it made it very easy for us to go there a few times during the day and at night. There were several restaurants around we asked the front desk. He was so helpful and he gave us an address to a perfect restaurant. It was beautiful. The food was great and the staff there were super professional. There was live music. We asked for a late check out they gave it to us, and when we arrived, they helped us with the luggage upstairs and downstairs again. There is no elevator. The breakfast was served at the rooftop for the cute area. And had a view of ichan khala The room was very clean.

It was clean and the surroundings were not noisy. There were restaurants, markets, and historical sites within walking distance, and it was safe to walk around at night. P.S. Do not use the taxi called by the hotel. I asked them to call a taxi because they said they work with the hotel, but they charged double the price of another taxi.
