This Summit Cove condo is a perfect base for year-round adventures. Just 7 minutes from the River Run Gondola, you’ll have quick access to Dercum Mountain and Keystone’s ski lifts. Nearby, explore Keystone Golf Course, Lake Dillon, and Arapahoe Basin. In summer, enjoy hiking along Snake River, the Keystone Gulch Trail, or golfing at Keystone Ranch. Located near Dillon and Silverthorne, less than 10 minutes away, this property offers easy access to dining, shopping at the Outlets at Silverthorne, and scenic outings to Dillon Reservoir and Marina. Breckenridge, just 20 minutes away, features a charming Main Street with breweries, shops, and galleries.

Getting Around:
This home is conveniently located near a bus stop just 0.2 miles away, connecting you to the FREE Summit Stage system for easy access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, and beyond. For those driving, Keystone Ski Resort, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin are all about a 20-minute drive. Nearby towns like Dillon (7 minutes), Silverthorne (10 minutes), and Frisco (15 minutes) offer dining, shopping, and entertainment, with Vail within 40 minutes.

Please keep in mind that, like most homes in the area, this condo does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel, even if it hasn’t snowed recently.
