Perfect place to stay in Key West. The condo itself was beautifully updated, very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to see the view of the ocean from pretty much every angle. Brian was great, met us for check-in and made recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Would stay again!

Beautiful and Comfortable
The views were outstanding and we particularly enjoyed the pool, especially with the August heat. Couldn't ask for an easier check-in process, they even surprised us with a key lime pie. Brian answered any questions that we had and even helped us with a snorkeling trip after our original plans were canceled.

Beyond Amazing
I’ve never been this happy in my life. I wanted for nothing. We could see both the luxurious pool, or the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from this condo. I forgot nice jewelry when we left. Cleaning crew found them and gave them to the manager. He contacted me and mailed my jewelry to me. They have more rentals in the area too. Already planning our next trip!

Excellent stay
Everything was great from the accommodations to the concierge service. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything about your stay was perfect. Communication leading up to the date of arrival was exceptional and we knew just what to expect upon arrival and were greeted immediately by the concierge. The condo was fabulous and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon.

Excellent Stay!!!
We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect for two couples! We loved the ocean views, the pool and being able to easily get to downtown! Christian was terrific and took care of anything we needed. We would most definitely stay here on our next trip!!

Amazing stay!
The unit is absolutely beautiful, the view is incredible, and the amenities were a nice welcome surprise. Very secure property with the gates and keys needed, private beach area was a nice bonus. The unit itself was gorgeous and we could not hear any neighbors around above or below us. The balcony was, amazing and we used it often, the host was extremely attentive and kept checking on us. Would 100% recommend staying here, it was fantastic!!

Great property
The view is amazing. The pool is great. It’s an older population in the complex but was great with our family. One of the good beaches is steps away. We rented a golf cart and had a car and there was no problem parking both. Condo has everything you can need and is super roomy. Rental agency was great. Highly recommend.

Very clean condo with fabulous view. Christian made it easy to park and move in and even brought a pie the only thing that could have improved the experience was longer pool and hot tub hours. We were informed about the dawn to dusk rule before we rented so no surprise just would have liked more time.

Absolutely amazing!
My husband and kids and I stayed at this property this past December and we had an amazing time. The condo was exceptionally clean and had all of the necessities we needed, and then some. The check-in was smooth as well as the checkout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

A Slice of Paradise
This was a great place to stay!! Very Clean and set up right!. The Views were fabulous, the beds were comfortable and the master shower was fantastic!!. There was also coffee and some of the basic spices which are always very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Incredible stay
Condo was exactly as described. The pictures didn't do this place justice. We were extremely happy. If I was searching for a complaint I would say the pool rules need to be relaxed (sun up to dawn). The hours aren't long enough. People were sneaking out to the hot tub. I'm guessing this is because most of the owners are cranky old people. Though we had no bad encounters with owners or security. Place was really amazing.

Fall Break Getaway
The condo was immaculately clean and well appointed! The property management company was super helpful providing us with restaurant suggestions, and they even booked an excursion for our entire group when we were having trouble doing so ourselves. We will definitely return to Key West and look to stay at Smooth Sailing again!

Great stay
This was the second time for us to book here. Property is perfect with a beach, pool, sauna, gym etc. and the condo is modern clean and perfectly stocked. Will stay again.
