When we got there the in instructions was "ylif you don't have the code for the door, contact the property manager at xxx-xxx-xxxx phone number. The number rings directly to his voice mail and the text messages I sent to it has still not been read a week later. I found the code, we where also instructed to get a parking permit from the office that no one was at all week and there was no permits on the clip board.
Also, they were painting the entire facility while we were there. We where trying to leave and someone had taped up the front door and we had to tair it open get out. No one told us this maintenance would be going on while we were there. We left and came back and the door was taped over again so we could not get in the room. Again,we tore it down so we could get in our room. I messaged the manager again and it has still not been read my h less replied to. The worst one of all was my wife and I where in bed on the 2nd floor master bedroom that has a sliding glass door that goes out side to a lovely balcony. 2nd floor remember, and someone knocks on the window and there was a painter on our 2nd floor balcony, you guessed it, taping it over so it could be painted. We where unable to use the balcony the rest of our trip and again management was totally unresponsive. We where supposed to have a reserved covered parking spot. I had this spot 2 of the 6 days we booked it for and the rest of the time, you guessed it, it was taped over. And again, no response fro
