「A nice, cozy apartment in the middle of all our activities. Host provided some snacks and coffee, which we enjoyed. His was very receptive to questions and concerns. I would only suggest stocking the kitchen a little bit more. Otherwise, perfect stay for us.」

「Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive...

「The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building.
