「施設側の対応はとてもよかったです。しかし窓の外は隣のスーパーのゴミ処理場で朝騒がしかったです。その他買い物や洗濯など便利なところですので再度もう1ランク上のお部屋で利用したいと思います。」

「I asked a hotel front staff to call a taxi. But, the staff just show a phone number for a taxi. Hospitality is not good. 」

「Great location, 15 min walk into central Belfast, local amenities lots of options and open late which was great Room was ok (room 5), walls really thin so take ear plugs to block out televisions and snorers Kitchen facilities limited, and smelt really damp. Needs a deep clean overall and if you leave food in the fridge it is at your own risk, ours was stolen on the first night. 」
