We stayed here for 1 night after attending a wedding in Ballymena. The hotel has a welcoming, comfortable feel about it as a first impression and, the staff were very helpful from the start. Our room was OK but the bathroom a bit tired looking. Breakfast choices very good.

The building is a little old, with certain updates made (elevator etc). Rooms can be very hard to get to, unless you are close to the elevator. With any booking you make in the UK, always book the breakfast if you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it. On-site parking, but parking lot is very tight.

Dosent have a residents bar. The room was cold i had to turn heating on. Not much in the bathroom. No toiletries only shower gel. We were told where the breakfast room was but were left to make out own way in and seated ourselves.

The staff are the asset here - very helpful and friendly. Downstairs is a very classic look which is nice. The room allocated was worn out and past its prime. Really not value for money. If you need to be in centre of town prime location but dont expect much from the room, unless I just got unlucky with a bad one stuck at back overlooking Tower Centre delivery entrance. Hot stuffy room even with windows open.
