"We came for a girls trip to spend time in the pool and relax at “the cottages” at Stoney creek. When we arrived we were told the pool and hot tub are closed for renovation, the reservation can not be changed because it it’s to close to the check-in time so we would be fully charged. The room we booked was to have a balcony or patio, it did not. We did not stay. Returned keys and left. Very disappointing."

"The stay here was decent the staff was friendly but there we things that were lacking. Room cleaning was very poor. I had to call so many times and yet I'm my 5 day stay only 1 day was cleaned fully. I had to put our trash outside in the hallway just for it to be done. Noticed some of our items went missing as well which was very odd. Other than that everything was decent a 5/10 could have been better but not the worse."

"Wi-fi issues for two days. I called the number they gave me on day two and they needed my IP address. Did have wi-fi that night. Front desk did tell me about another guest unable to get wi-fi too. System problem not hotel issue. 4 unsupervised children under 12 playing football in pool while my three grandchildren were trying to have fun in the pool. Help did check who was there to supervise (no one) boys took football and left when asked to leave Wife fell while going to car in the rain. Left a trail of blood from car back to our room. They did give me an extra laundry bag to put her blood soaked close in. I told front desk about the blood on floor in room. They did ask if she was ok."
