We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. Beautiful place and helpful and kind service

This was by far one of our best hotel stays. The location was optimal and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children and large groups being that the train station is literally an elevator ride away. Not to mention all the food places in the shopping center below the hotel and the convenience stores within the same vicinity.

The staff made everything easy for us. It was extremely helpful to have a washer/dryer and microwave. Very convenient and near a shopping area, not too far from the train station. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.
