We stayed during our visit to Strasbourg Christmas Markets early December. The hotel is very clean, and across the street from Tram D station which take you to the main attractions in Strasbourg in less than 20 minutes. That was the big plus for us. The breakfast buffet has a large variety (In my case, I would request to add Decaf coffee to the list). Check in and check out is all digital, but there is someone at the front desk most of the time. They allowed us to leave our luggage early during check in. There are restaurants and supermarkets around. Overall a nice stay and a great hotel to do what we needed to do.

Excellent location. Supermarket, tram station, train station, gas station everything is within 200m - 400m distanc. Property is squeaky clean. Good heating system. Limited but wonderful breakfast options (it can also be complimentary based on room reservation type). Hotel staff speak German and English(some speak French too). Had a wonderful stay.

Traveling solo with pet

The room lacked a kettle for making coffee or tea. Providing this basic amenity would greatly enhance guests' comfort, especially when dining options are limited due to restrictions on pets in certain areas. Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and understanding, the tram station is across the road, and in 20 minutes one arrives in the center of Strasbourg.

Spacious and clean room, nice stay. The bus stop is very convenient. It’s right across the street and takes you into Strasbourg in 25 min. Would have liked a better pillow and a better mattress cover sheet. Mattress is comfortable. Quiet and safe area.

Nearby shops and food, bus/tram station and tankstations. Breakfast was good. Also nice was an refrigerator in the room. Very good beds. Bathroom was clean. Every day they make up our room. No wifi in room, wifi only downstairs in the hall and bar and breakfast room. Whats missing is something to make coffee or tea. For the rest we have a good time.

I've stayed at Europa Hotel for over 10 years but the standard is unfortunately going down, despite increasing prices. The latest: self check-in (and check-out), room cleaning only upon request and canned (v. fresh) fruit for breakfast.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Personal, Zimmer & Frühstück war alle in bester Ordnung. Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück war schmackhaft. Da ich ich mit dem Reisebus dort war bekam ich auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Leider ist die Lage aufgrund der nahen Hauptstrasse, den nächtlichen Treffen der PS-Jünger und Auto-HiFi Fans nicht einen ruhigen Schlaf zu denken. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Hotelangestellten selbst auf die Idee gekommen wären für Ruhe vor dem Haus zu sorgen als das man sie noch telefonisch darum bitten muss. :-(

Siivoojat olivat tehneet parhaansa, mutta kulunut ja huonokuntoinen hotelli ei ole helppo pitää siistinä. Jos pienen huoneen vanhan kokolattiamaton ja röpelöiset keltaiset seinät vaihtaisi uusiin, olisi kokemus jo paljon parempi.
