"Property was located a bit far away from the train stations but close to the airport. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible! Plenty of choices and food was super fresh and delicious! Definitely would recommend this place for a relaxing few days. "

The roof onsen is great and although the Hotel was rather busy during my stay there was always room in the hot bath ( not crowded ） and for dinner may be 1 or 2 min waiting at the most. DO NOT MISS the dinner.. absolutely great.. stay with the all you can drink plan and you are doing more than fine! Absolutely recommendable hotel… tons of parking on top.. only 6 min by car from the airport!"

"We wanted to conclude our four week stay in Japan with something special and it was! This ryokan was so beautiful and the staff was outstanding. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The onsen was also spacious and the baths fabulous. Breakfast was delicious and authentic. We couldn't be happier. A wonderful memory!"
