「Exceptionnel , au bord de l'eau! 」

「Beautiful hotel but no air conditioning in the bedroom in the family suite. With 40 degree heat in summer a fan just blew warm air around room it was like a sauna. We ended up having to move mattresses into the lounge part and sleep on the floor just so we could cool down enough to sleep. Staff very friendly and lovely breakfast with gorgeous honey. If rooms were air conditioned we would return however due to not having this we could unfortunately not return 😕」

「The breakfast was good and it was delivered directly to your room. Was a bit disapointed when we came there and saw the size of the pool. We got high expectations because of the name and the pictures, but we didn't find it especially luxurius. They had a sign with rules near the pool that said "no running", "no diving, no noise", etc. But when the kids was running around and making noise, no staff talked to the parents. It ended up with us leaving the pool area because there was no way we...

「What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here with our baby. This place had everything we needed.With brilliant communication throughout, we had no problems. We usually do city breaks, but fancied trying something different. We certainly got that: our own pool! Our baby had the time of their life splashing in there.
