Renthof Kassel
This was a very unique experience. The building was a former monastery from the 1100s. We stayed on one of the upper floors which had low-clearance, original beams. I’m 6’4” and had to duck a lot. Maybe that wouldn’t be too fun for an extended stay. It was nice to have a cathedral ceiling. I think ...
