Villa Tanyeli 1 is a delightful villa filled with classic style and pops of colour and offers an array of facilities to ensure you have a great stay. 
Inside you'll be met by the bright, open-plan living space which offers comfortable seating surrounding the Smart TV, a large kitchen fitted with all the mod-cons necessary for an easygoing self-catering experience. Full-length glass doors and windows look out onto the private, enclosed terrace and garden. On the first floor, there are two of the three bedrooms. One is the larger double room with an in-room whirlpool bath and the other is a twin. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities, air-conditioning, and balcony access. Up on the second floor, another large double bedroom leads onto the private roof terrace.
In the garden, there's plenty of space to spread out and bask in the sunshine. With sun loungers surrounding the pool, parasols providing shade, comfortable seating, and alfresco dining facilities you'll be spoilt for a choice of ways to spend your time outdoors. 
Tanyeli 1 is ideally located in the lower central neighbourhood of Kalkan which means all amenities are within walking reach. Make sure to try the local cuisine as there are many grills and seafood places offering delicious, fresh traditional dishes. 
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200m wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with an additional lawn area. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The master bedroom door is 76cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 64cm wide.
