"This hotel was amazing, we were traveling with our daughter so we had a suite for three people and it was perfect! The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. Breakfast is great and a beautiful patio on the water - perfect way to start the day. Spa was also very nice. If you are staying in Novigrad this is absolutely the best place to stay!"

The woman was helpful and told me to contact the guard if the party wasn't over @ 22.00. It wasn't. Contacted the reluctant guard @ 22.30 who told me to report problems to the reception the next day.
