崖の上のホテル
ロビーは異国情緒にあふれて、幻想的だし、開放感あるしよい感じでした。 プールの真横のお部屋に案内されました。とても綺麗で素敵だったのですが… シーヴューの予約をしておりましたが、海がほぼ見えず、プールバーから流れる音楽の音で波の音が 聞こえないので、フロントに伝えてお部屋のチェンジしてもらいました。 その結果、海がよく見える静かなお部屋でのんびり癒されました。 天候に恵まれず残念でしたが、ディナー時にレストランに行きましたが、雰囲気満点、食べ物美味しい、 物価を考えると高いかもですが、そんなに高くないし大満足です。 一人旅だったので、今度は夫や友達とまた来たいなと思いました。 2泊目は疲れて、外で購入したものをお部屋で食べたのですが・・・その臭いに誘われたゴキブリが何匹か 現れて若干驚きましたが。 総合的に素敵なホテルでした。自然がいっぱいだし。プールは小さいですが、貸し切り状態で海を眺めて贅沢気分 になりました。レストランやロビーに行くのに、坂を上るか急な階段を上るので、お年寄りや小さな子供には向かないかもです。ただし、カートを呼べば結構待たされますが迎えも来てくださいます。チップをお忘れずに☆

部屋から海に沈む夕日が見れる最高のロケーション。部屋までホテルのカートで送迎してくれるが、ちょっと不便かな〜。

夕日がきれいな素敵なホテル
初めて行ったホテルなので慣れていなくて ホテルの中だけで過ごすにはとっても良いホテルるです。 食事、スパどれをとっても素晴らしく プールはこじんまりしていましたが夕方の ロケーションはお勧めです。

レストランからの眺めは最高だけど、場所、スタッフのサービスともによくない。
初日、やっとホテルに到着したと思ったら、ホテル側がオーバーブッキングをしていたらしく、別のホテル（ランクはシークレットクリフビラより下）に連れていかれました。それに対する謝罪や、サービスなども全くなく、当然のように連れていかれて、とても不快でしたし、疲れました。場所も、カロンからもパトンからも遠く、非常に不便です。ここなら、カロンまたはカタビーチのすぐそばなどに宿泊したほうがよいです。スタッフサービスも悪く、やはりそれなりのホテルはそれなりのサービスなのだと実感した旅行でした。ただ、レストランからの眺めは、本当に素晴らしいです！

ひどい対応
チェックアウト時、スリッパを２つ使用したと言われましたが、使っていなかったため、その旨を伝えたところ自分で部屋まで戻って確認してこいと言われました・・・部屋までは坂道を下りて数分かかるというのに。その後の対応ものろのろと遅く、旅の最後でプーケットの印象が最低のものとなりました。二度と行きません。

海を見下ろす静かなホテル
ビーチを見下ろすデッキで、爽やかな風を受けながらとる朝食は最高でした。バイキングスタイルでどれも美味しかったですが、バナナの焼きクレープが気に入りました。

痒い所に手が届かない
朝食会場からの眺めは良いです。取り柄はそれ位です。 デラックスシービューに泊まったのですが、下のコテージのトタン？屋根がベランダのすぐ前に大きく広がっているため、何とも安っぽい眺めでした。日中は其所からの照り返しがひどく熱く、ベランダに出ることはおろか、窓を開けることさえ出来ませんでした。 ホテルは交通量の多い通りを挟んで上と下に分かれており、海が見える上の部屋から朝食会場やロビーに行く度に走って渡った上、30メートルくらい歩道のない通りを歩くことになります。結構怖かった。海に行くホテルの車は10時カロンビーチ行、11時パトンビーチ行の2本のみ。帰りはパトンのみ5時があるだけ。プーケットのタクシー代は高いのでビーチ沿いに泊まれば良かったと少し後悔しました。

リゾート
部屋は綺麗、部屋ごとにテラスはある、そんなに蚊も多くない、そしてブッフェの朝食が最高に美味しくて、そのレストランのロケーションも最高。 立地が街と街の間なので少し遠いです。歩いては帰れません。タクシーやそれ相応の移動手段を必須とします。バイクのレンタルが一番良いです。ホテルにもあります。 静かだしプールはあるし夕日も綺麗に見えます。 リゾートに来た感たっぷりです。 たぶん予約したのは一番安い部屋だったので、次はもう一つ高い部屋に行ってみたい。 居心地が良くて街で遊んでてもホテルに帰りたくなりました。 次回プーケットに行く時もここに泊まります。 ※ファミリーで使いそうな大部屋コテージみたいなのがフロント近くにありましたが、こちらは立地上、たぶん蚊がすごいです。オススメできません。 ※自分のバイクじゃない場合、部屋までのアプローチがちょっと登り坂です。

崖の上にある景色の良いリゾート　事務処理には不安
海が見える景色のいい部屋でした。 部屋も綺麗で気持ちいい。 周辺には歩いていけるようなところは無い。 ホテルのバスはあるけど、少ない。 ・食事 タイ料理とPIZZAのレストランがある。 タイ料理のレストランはガイドブックにも載っているところで、美味しい、景色が良い。 PIZZAのレストランも窯焼きで悪くはない。 朝食は普通に美味しい。定番以外は変わるので、飽きない。 ・トラブル ただし、ツアーのバウチャーをFAXで3回送ってもらいましたが、1回は部屋に届けてくれましたが、 2回はレセプションに行っても見つからず、受け取りまで半日以上かかりました。 3日めの朝食で宿泊者リストにないと言われ、レセプションで話をすることに。バウチャーを確認してくれといっても話にならず、電子的に保存していたバウチャーを見せて説明するはめになった。 事務処理には不安があるリゾートでした。 ・施設 本リゾート内にムエタイのジムがあって、参加できます。 主にガタイの良い白人が多いのですが、子供、お姉さんも参加しています。 時間は8時～10時、16時～18時で、費用は500バーツでした。 運動できる服装で行けば、特に用具とかは必要なし。 ・バス（無料） ホテル → カロンビーチ　10:00 ホテル → パトンビーチ　11:00 パトンビーチ → ホテル　17:00

交通機関さえ確保できれば最高
今回プーケットを初めて訪れて、こちらにも３泊宿泊しました、パトンとカロンの中間になりますが、私はレンタルバイクを借りていた為良かったのですが、足のない方は、周りになにもない為不便だと思います。

Cleaning services every day fresh clean rooms, friendly stuff, scooter rent was 100% sure with passport. Bad thing only you can swim in hotel pool from 7am till 7pm.

The bathroom was too small. Shower was not separate from the toilet...towel rack was loose and small. A lot of standard amenities nit available. It was not the standard of a 4 star hotel. Standard of cleanliness was poor. Staff were not attentive, prompt and quite unresponsive. The room was not part of the main hotel building so had to cross the main road each time for reception or breakfast. Room was far too high on the cliff. Hotel had no shops or restaurants near by and had very limited shuttle service to the beach/market area. They were very stingy with the complimentary items.

Good, views were great ,service and our stay was good .great breakfast. very difficult to get to room with out the help of staff providing a vehicle, very steep climb. traffic crazy .

While the pictures on the website were at the resort they were from very specific locations and raised expectations of overall impressions. This led to disappointment about the actual location of the ‘villa’ accommodation and the condition of the rooms. We had a lot of water come into the room during heavy rain - they provided a towel to deal with it. : (

The hotel has an amazing view. But the service was not good starting at check in to trying to get any services like room service. The restaurant was horrible the one night we went for dinner it took over an hour to get served after we ordered and when we got the food it wasn't cooked and we could see the food had been sitting under heat lamps for a long time.

We got a room across the highway not sure why they call it sea view. Shuttle service to patong once a day. No consideration on early checkin.

Quiet Hotel
Hotel in a nice setting and around a 5 minute taxi (300B) from both papong and Karon beach/nightlife. Wouldn’t recommend walking as steep banks with no paths etc. All in All pleasing Hotel for what we paid.

Lovely hotel in a amazing setting
This hotel ticked the boxes for ambiance and settings. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the location along with the hotel itself. The hotel is split into two sections and we were however across a busy road but they do supply a buggy if you wish to be collected and not try to take on the highway crossing. The grounds were spectacular along with the views and the pools were wonderful as well. A few km's out of the heart of Karon and Patong but the free shuttle makes that a easy trip with a tuk tuk costing only a few dollars if you wish to venture during the non shuttle time. Would go back again in a heartbeat

Rude staff.
Rude staff. No apology or refund for hotel shuttle not collecting us. Refused to honor the 10% food discount. Had to cross busy highway to get to room and restaurant. Had to wait long time and call twice for golf cart service up the cliff. 40 min wait to get served at restaurant. Reception staff rude and brush off if you need a taxi booked. Checking out allowed Chinese men to push in and literally step on me while I was in the middle of checking out, I had to then wait 25min until they finished checking them out. Restaurant advertised Thai food, but was Chinese to cater for their Chinese guests only. Restaurant prices more expensive than patong 5star hotels and restaurants. Nothing in walking distance, Very expensive and annoying to negotiate taxi or tuk tuck multiple times a day. Resort only does one shuttle per day to beach.

Great Staff Except One
We had a nice stay in a room with a lovely view. Breakfasts were fantastic as was the view. All staff except one , I think her name was Pat, was pleasant and very accommodating. Pat made our lives miserable in every interaction. We avoided her as much as possible. Ga and her pregnant colleague were beyond wonderful.

Avons bcp aime l’hotel Mais il faut prendre les chambres Ocean view Car l’hotel Est en 2 parties et une partie est magnifique !! L’autre de l’autre Cote de la route est bcp moins bien!! 정말 뷰만 좋다고 하는말이 맞는거 같아요. 그것도 숙소가 바다쪽가까이면 모르겠는데... 차길건너에 있다면 거의뷰는 잘 안보입니다. 조식때만 좋았어요! 수영장은 작고 여기저기 타일이 깨진데가 많아서 조심해야할것 같더라고요. 역시나 수영장도 뷰는 좋았어요. 숙소가 길건너라서 왔다갔다하기가 불편하고 시내가는 리조트 셔틀이 하루에 한번씩만 운행하니 맞춰서 타기는 힘들구요 왔다갔다 툭툭비만 많이 나갔네요... 체크아웃하는데 제대로 체크도 안해죠서 돈내라고... ㅠ 거기있는것은 아무것도 안먹었는데요.. 팁을 안나둬서 그런건지.. 좀 불친절하더라고요. 암튼 추천해드리고 싶지는 않습니다.

Schöner Ausblick aber leider herunter gekommen.
Die Bungalows sind schon ein bisschen abgenutzt. Auch ist der Pool viel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Wir fanden es nicht schön. Und würden nie wieder kommen.

Quiet with outstanding views.
Hotel was very nice. Food in dining room was sub-par. Western food was poorly prepared and never hot. This hotel is as the name suggests; on a cliff. Fabulous views but almost all rooms require a golf cart to shuttle you around. Staff was excellent. A perfect location offering options for beautiful Karon beach and nightlife in Patong.

Bon hôtel mais très éloigné des la plage (l’hotel propose une navette 3 fois/j) sinon taxi assez cher pour 3 km la plupart des chambres nécessitent de traverser une route très passante : a déconseiller à ceux qui ont des enfants ou ceux qui n’aiment pas speeder ! Sinon les chambres côté mère sont certainement superbes mais beaucoup plus chères

Beautiful view, pool & reception area. Our bathroom had a few things wrong with it (door knob came off, toilet didn't flush properly & hot water came on boiling then went cold. The area is great for a quiet get away & 15 min drive (~300 baht) to Patong. Buffet breakfast & free shuttle were great.

+ mukava alue + suffle buss päivällä + näköalat hienot + ravintolan terassi kiva ja ruoka hyvää + vedenkeitin & hiustenkuivaaja + kaunis puutarha + mukavat siivoojat ja ravintolatyöntekijät + pankkiautomaatti ja laukunpunninta mahdollisuus ihan vieressä. - huonot kulkuyhteydet illalla, taksi pakollinen, viimeinen ilmaiskuljetus lähtee noin 4-5 maissa. - liikenteen melu kuului huoneeseen - ei hirveästi yksityisyyttä, parvekkeet kiinni toisissaan, ohuet seinät, joten toisten vieraitten keskustelu kuului selvästi omaan huoneeseen. - altaan siisteys voisi olla parempi. mm. hieman hometta ja pinttymää tuolien pehmusteissa, altaan valo irti, lillui vedessä johdon varassa. - wifi toimi huoneissa erittäin huonosti. - punttisali ei hirveän kattava - tyynyt epämukavat - tv toimi kohtalaisesti - jos huoneet ylhäällä rinteessä täytyy ylittää ruuhkaisa tie liikkuessa, eikä ole liikenteenohjaajaa auttamassa. ylitys voi välillä olla vaikeaa. hotellihuoneet jyrkässä rinteessä, syrjäisellä paikalla kuitenkin suht lähellä karonia ja patongia. kokemus oli kaikenkaikkiaan positiivinen. Muutama asia harmitti kuten melu ja huono wifi. allas-alue ei ole mielestäni lapsiystävällinen. eikä hotelli mielestäni sovi liikuntarajoitteisille. kauppaa ei ole lähellä, mutta hotellilta löytyy pizzeria ja oma ravintola. suosittelisin ihmiselle, joka etsii suht edullista perus tasoista siistiä hotellia syrjäiseltä alueelta ja joka ei häiriinny liikenteen meluista.

Don't Stay
well .... one of the most dump idea for staying at this hotel .... staff are not friendly at all ..... dead area ...nothing around you ,,,hard to find taxi or super close super market . the rooms are dirty and smells like urine ...... a lot of insects . and above all that ,,they forget about my reservation and they had to accommodate me somewhere els for 2 days .

Beautiful view but very inconvenient location
View is breathtaking... swimming pool is also very clean and nice with an amazing view. However bathroom is small and poor. Hotel is pretty greedy, transportation is really bad, you always need a car to go down the hill but hotel will charge bht 350 to Karon beach. If you rent a car or motorcycle then it's not a big deal.
