The place was on a hillside, not far from the beach. The access was a little scary as I rented a scooter, but the taxis had no problem getting to me.

Fantastic accommodation at this apartment. Best stay I've experienced in Phuket over 6 trips last few years. Spectacular views to the west out across the Andaman Sea. Catch the breezes and see amazing sunsets. Facility amenities are complete, I was provided a great motorbike rental too. Hosts are very helpful with everything, communication is fast and they have complete knowledge of Phuket and can answer any question. Booking was as close to perfection as is possible, looking forward to staying here again next time. Thank you

Wir hatten ein großes Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer ganz oben, mit einem riesigen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und auf Kata. Sogar aus dem Bad inkl. Toilette:-) konnte man den wunderschönen Blick genießen! Das Haus ist nach westlichem Standard, SEHR sauber, solide und luxuriös gebaut und ist den Preis auf jeden Fall wert! Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung (z.B. alle Fenster/Türe mit Fliegengitter) und von der Lage. Nach vorne super Meerblick, hinter dem Haus Jungle und trotzdem zentral (in der Stadt ist man in 10 Min. zu Fuß, in 15-20 Min. am KataBeach). Allerdings ist der Weg zur Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage teilweise sehr steil. Wir hatten einen Roller gemietet und sind eh immer gefahren (unbedingt beim Vermieter leihen, da super Zustand und fairer Preis!) . Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus nebenan, lassen einen in Ruhe :-), sind aber immer da, wenn man Fragen hat oder etwas braucht. z.B. war bei uns im Bad ein Wasserschlauch undicht, der Vermieter hat ihn in 5 Min. ausgetauscht und gut war es. Super Service, kompetente, tolle Menschen (sie Thai, er Australier = eine gute Mischung :-)). Das einzig negative, was man erwähnen sollte,war die Baustelle nebenan. Unsere Wohnung war direkt auf der Seite und wir dachten erst, der Urlaub ist gelaufen. Es war jedoch nicht so störend wie befürchtet. Der Baulärm hat sich in Grenzen gehalten, fing erst gegen 9 Uhr los und nach dem Strand war nichts mehr. FAZIT: Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen - TOP!!

Далековато от моря, в остальном все ок

Отель расположен на крутой горке! До пляжа очень прилично топать! Зато вокруг тишина и поют птички! Все необходимое в номере есть, если Вы на машине, отличный вариант! Пешком сложнее имейте это ввиду! В номерах чисто, общее состояние хорошее! Хозяйн встретил поздно вечером , все показал, вопросов нет

Смешанные чувства от проживания в этих апартаментах: 1-имейте в виду что сейчас в нескольких метрах от отеля идет строительство. поэтому грохот с самого утра и до вечера (если хотите поспать, то это место не для вас) 2-в комнатах на первом этаже из туалета несет канализацией (особенно ночью), хозяева об этом знают, но как мы поняли ничего не предпринимают 3-расположение отеля неплохое, но если вы без машины (байка) то этот вариант не для вас, так как подъем на гору очень крутой! 4-прекрасный вид из окна только на втором и третьем этажах, на первом вида нет (имейте в виду) 5-кухня в целом очень удобная, есть все что нужно! 6-кровать конкретно в нашей комнате была как кирпич)

Nice, clean and comfortable stay. Very good sea view. Kata beach is near 5-7 minutes walk. Short but Steep rise road could be an issue.

Nice location for hiking up to Big Buhdda Near town but mello up hillside with nice view. Comfortable and clean accommodations with small kitchenette for lite fare. Awesome owners friendly and helpful Only conn is lack of soundproofing as adjacent units occupants can be a bit unaware of their noise level and slamming of doors. Construction site ongoing next property but unit 1 somewhat sheltered from the noise. Overall..great stay, would return.

A great comfortable place to stay

Great owners, great location. It is a view property high on the mountain. You will need a motorbike. Wi fi is good, many English tv stations. My room had an outside living area. Very cool Beautiful ,affordable place to stay

Loved it!

I thought the apartments were just superb. I had the 1 bedroom suite.Top floor had great balcony with an expansive view. Place was quiet with other guests considerate as well. NO TOUR GROUPS here, a major plus. Suite was super clean. wifi was the best I experience in Thailand. Large fridge, cooking facilities, excellent for longer stays. Hired a scooter from the owner at cheaper than average price. Please note- google maps make it look a long way from the beach- it is a fair way but no where near as far as it looks on the map. Also note- it is service apartments, housekeeping is every 3/4 days. Basically- it was terriffic.

Points - : difficile d'accès, en haut d'une colline, aucune indication de l'hôtel, peu accueillant, numéro de téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas pour les joindre. Points + : studio spacieux et agréable, plage à environ 15min de marche, calme, propre.

Wonderful view over Kata beach area.

Our 1 bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable. Great views from the balcony. Nice managers(owners son and his wife). The hotel is situated on a very steep hill so walking can be difficult. One thing to note, no paper can be thrown into the toilet (similar in other hotels on Phuket).

A truly special place to stay

Hotel is a hidden gem. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had the more affordable room and was very comfortable. I have already booked to go back to stay in one of their better rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel but you will need a motorbike. It has awesome views

Persönlich geführte kleine Appartementanlage

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage bei sehr netten Gastgebern mit schöner Aussicht auf Kata Beach. Man kann sich bei Ihnen ohne Probleme zu ortsüblichen Konditionen einen Roller mieten. Dieser ist auch sehr empfehlenswert, da die Anlage nur über eine sehr steile Berganfahrt zu erreichen ist und doch weit vom Strand entfernt ist. Man kann im Nachbarhotel den Pool und die Liegen, incl. Badehandtücher mitnutzen. Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung und täglicher Handtuchtausch, dieses geschieht in der Regel jeden 4 Tag.

직접 취사가 가능한 롱스테이용 숙소

호스트부부가 매우 친절했다. 조그마한 주방이 있어서 직접 취사를 할 수 있었던게 가장 좋았다. 언덕이 가파라서 스쿠터에 자신이 있는 분들에게만 추천한다. 언젠가 다시 가보고 싶다.

great view, comfortable accommodation.

Located on the mountain. rooms with 2 and 3 floors of a magnificent sea view. But the bike is needed that would climb the hill. Beneficial take a bike from the hotel owner, offers a discount. Very nice hosts. You can take the grill and cook on the balcony. Room clean linens and towels. the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. the hotel provides raincoats, umbrella, beach mat, beach towels.
