ボトルの水の補充がお願いしないと補充がなかった。備え付けのシャンプーのボトルが普通に使っていたら落下して壊れ、結局チェックアウトするまで直らなかった。

リーズナブルで快適なホテル！

ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリー、近くには安くて美味しいレストランもあり、ビーチにも近いので本当に楽しんで滞在できました。バイクのレンタルも他より安くて良かったです。バイクを借りてしまえばパトンビーチ、カロンビーチ、ラワイビーチも近く、プーケットタウンも30分くらいで行けるので便利な立地だと思います。

Hot water did not work for my entire stay, there was no water at all on the second day of my stay, came to the room just drenched in sweat and sunscreen lotion and i couldn't shower and freshen up for my dinner out so i had to go out like that. The lock on the door didn't feel secure, there was no dead bolt. I wouldn't go back.

Ok with much potential

This hotel has so much potential to be something more. Sadly the owner want to sell it for the last 6 years and put minimum effort to the hotel. Coffee is bad, breakfast is a joke, and room was missing soap for washing hands. But location is good, staff is friendly, AC seem to New and worked well. WiFi is ok. I hope someone want to invest in this place since it has good potential. I don't mind going back again.

Room basic but clean ... but no issues given the price. Shower pressure not good. Pool was green and no way would I use it ... needed emptying,cleaning and guessing pumps needed some work. Despite menus beibmng out no foid availabe...not the end of the world. Overall for what I paid, am generally ok but was disappointed about the pool...

A satisfactory stay. Very friendly & helpful services and fine location. However, the room was way too old, especially the bathroom where the shower can’t work properly.

Cheap and comfortable

Located a short walk to the main beach and town, didn’t use the pool. Bed was comfortable and shower hot and powerful. Some areas of the room looked dated but overall a good stay for the price.

B целом отель не плохой, комнаты просторные, есть лоджия с кухней. Но все очень изношенное. Два раза переселяли в другие номера, то кондиционер не работает, то канализация. Всю ночь какой то грохот за окном, так и не выясниои от чего.... Обслуживающий персонал (уборщицы) не клали туалетную бумагу. На рецепшене относились доброжелательно, но решение проблемы заканчивалось очередным переселением в другой номер. От моря быстрым шагом минут 10-15.

It was an ok place to stay. The staff were super nice and friendly everyday we saw them and helpful. It was generally clean but not thoroughly clean. There were signs of that. The 2 rooms we stayed in were in need of repair. It came across as Maintenance is not a priority. Some cupboards were either broken or really old and needed to be replaced. Some hinges also needed to be replaced.

Holder ikke god nok standard

Hotellet bærer preg av alder. Vi var der to netter. Sengen er hard og putene så høy at nakken er vond før du sovner. Rundt mikroen krydde det av pitte små fluer. Det var støv på alle overflater så det bar preg av generelt dårlig renhold. Frokosten var også av det kjipe slaget, man er ikke mett etterpå. Ville ikke anbefalt dette hotellet videre.

Very nice Hotel near the beach

Nice clean rooms with kitchen facilities. Staff is very friendly and can speak English. I would definitely visit again and recommend to everyone.

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Spartanische Einrichtungen im Zimmer. Fussmarsch zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten über Hauptstrasse zum Teil ohne Gehsteig.

Ok men inte mer , väldigt slitet o städningen var sisådär . Där var sand i duschen som var kvar från tidigare gäster o den städades aldrig bort Trevlig personal och tyst ställe. Låg för långt från stranden. Kommer inte boka här igen

Virkelig verdi for pengene, god service også!

Hadde et flott opphold her på Kata Beach Studio. Vi bestilte først to netter, og var veldig fornøyde med service og verdien for pengene. Bassenget er rent, og hotellet er grei størrelse. Litt harde senger men jeg har skjønt at det er normen i Thailand. Ikke noe utsikt til stranden, men er du heldig får du se litt av The Great Buddha. Etter to netter dro vi til et annet hotell i Patong, men valgte neste dag å sjekke ut tidlig og heller komme tilbake til Kata og Kata Beach Studio. Området er roligere, og det er ti minutter å gå til stranda. Mye god mat rett i nærheten, og restauranten på hotellet er helt ok. Må virkelig berømme servicen her! Så hjelpsomme og smilende! De hjelper med booking og anbefalinger, og alt annet man trenger.

Basic hotel nice pool

В целом отель не плохой. В номере кроме стандартного набора принадлежностей есть микроволновая печь и на балконе поставлена электроплитка и раковина. Небольшой бассейн на 5 этаже (на крыше), открыт с 8 утра до 8.30 вечера. Хотелось бы чтоб бассейн работал больше часов, особенно вечером. Прямо у отеля есть магазин FamilyMart, пиццерия, кафе Chai Thai Food. Главный недостаток - от основной улицы Kata Road до отеля идти 500 метров по неудобной дороге ( узкие обочины и в горку), от пляжа Ката - 700 метров.

Good value, wrong location.

Good size room with very comfortable bed and large separate bathroom. Large balcony with cooking facilities but no plates or cutlery provided. Very friendly staff - quickest check in I have ever had. Many English channels on the tv and good wifi in the room. The roof top pool is quite small and does not have much shelter from the sun. Hot water in the shower tended to come and go a bit. The only real problem was that the hotel is NOT where shown on the map on all the web sites. It is several hundred metres further down the road. It is at least a 10 -15 minute walk to the beach along a very busy road with few footpaths. I hired a motor scooter!! Overall a good hotel . It seems a pity that they try and deceive people by showing the wrong location. I would not have booked it if I had known the true location!!

Prisvärt, rent och fräscht hotell. Nya handdukar varje dag och dessutom fick man låna strandhanddukar. Slitna möbler i rummet och för hårda kuddar.

Lovely Stay, Wonderful Hotel

This is a lovely place at a great price. A comfy 8-minute walk to the beach means I was close enough not to break a sweat but far enough from the busy-ness of the Kata Beach core. There's a great, cheap laundry service right across the street, and a beautiful mountain view from the rooms. A wonderful place. The only downside is that their restaurant isn't the best quality, and I am 80% sure I got food poisoning from eating there. It could have been from somewhere else though.

Отель так понравился, что вместо запланированных 2 дней, остались здесь на 8. Отличное место, доброжелательный персонал. Фото соответствуют действительности со скидкой на время, номер немного потерт, которые не мешают отдыху.

Отличный отель в тихом месте

Хороший отель, на спокойной улочке, до пляжа 500 метров. Бассейн на крыше приятное дополнение. В кафе прекрасно готовят!

Bra och billigt boende

Bra service. Kom tidigt på morgonen och dom fixade så att vi fick rummet extra tidigt. Bra restaurang och stort plus att dom hade vespor att hyra. Poolen va mindre än man fick intryck av bilderna.

Bra hotell för pengen med fin utsikt och tak-pool.

Bra hotell där vi fick checka in tidigare än vad som var bestämt. Kökspentry på balkongen med utsikt mot berget vilket var fint samt även pool på taket med väldigt fint utsikt mot både berget och staden. Rummet var helt ok, är ju ändå budget. Bra service av trevlig personal. Ej frukostbuffé men bra ändå. Vi är nöjda :)

Underbar pool på taket!

Ligger en bit från stranden med krångliga vägar, men det höjde upplevelsen med dagliga promenader. Poolen på taket med utsikt mot bergen och grönskan var häftig. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma.

Lovely staff but hotel is in poor condition

We booked the hotel thinking that it is near the beach but it in fact a 10-15 minute uphill/downhill walk with no proper pavements. The staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel is let down by the poor condition of the room. The room/bedsheets had a smell (maybe from mothballs?). The bed was uncomfortable and had a hole in the centre of the bed. You can even feel the bed springs poking into your back. We were informed that there will be a power cut at 9am the next day but were not told of a water cut. We were due to check out that day and i needed a shower in the morning because our flight back was at 10pm. We have to buy gallons of mineral water so that we can take a shower. Nothing that they can do about this, unfortunately, but we were told about the water, we would have woken up much earlier in the morning to have a shower.

Det funkar

Gillade det mysiga poolområdet på taket, där det även finns biljardbord och bar (om man vill ha mat eller dryck). Unken doft i badrum pga fukt. Långt från stranden. Fem minuters gångväg till den större huvudgatan med all kalabalik.
