「Check you room first! The first room I was given had a dirty bathroom, including a wet wash cloth in the soap holder. Completely unacceptable. The second room was unsafe- a used wash cloth was on the ground in front of the door, which was already propped open! I went back to the front desk to inform they still didn't have it right. I was finally given an accessible room. It was clean enough, though I don't think the floors had been mopped all summer. The bed was like cardboard.There's a Walmart...

The only negative issue occurred when we entered the rear door from the parking lot at about 9:30 at night to find the door open and no one at the front desk watching for hotel residents only entering. Anyone could have entered the hotel and gone straight to the elevators as we did. Very poor security.」
