I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn – the niu, Wave Karlsruhe. The hotel is modern, clean, and the room was very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. I’d happily stay again.

The Niu Wave is a brand new hotel with modern facilities. Above all it is clean, is equiped with a good breakfast restaurant. The television has it's own chromecast built-in so you can stream your own movies to this television. Hard to imagine there is a better hotel.

Pro's - Virtually brand new hotel, very clean and well maintained. Great Breakfast. Con's - Very poor onsite parking facilities, No tea/coffee making facilities in room? Poor service from Bar Staff!

It's a great hotel

My mom and stepdad whom stayed in the hotel loved the place. The atendents werw great. We only speak portuguese and english, so they help a lot.

The staff was ok, but felt a bit cold and not welcoming, even when i checked out. But the hotel itself, you can tell it was new and i loved the interior, very nice breakfast and i slept very good.

The only issue I had it was after my stay. I called the hotel when I realized I left a special connector for my phone in the room. After a long wait and explanation to two different people, nobody called me back for a follow up.
