「Froh wäre man, wenn einem der Code vorab mitgeteilt werden würde, damit man überhaupt ins Dorf und später zum Hotel kommt. Kein Frühstückstisch vorbereitet und für uns reserviert. Barbetrieb war die ersten 2 Tage nicht aktiv.in den nächsten Tagen kam Beat, der uns hervorragende Drinks zubereitete. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns das Personal, das immer und überall im Weg stand und sich ebenfalls an der Bar aufhielt. Es gab aber auch einzelne Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr bemühten und ihren Job...

「Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das einzig negative war, dass das Zimmer etwas hellhörig und die Straße sehr stark befahren war.」

「Accoglienza meravigliosa, la persona ti fa sentire accolta senza fretta per entrare nel relax della zona. Ciha dato diverse dritte su cosa fare, ci ha prenotato il ristorante per la sera. Posto relax, sicuramnete da tornare in estate per chi ama le passeggiate, e comunque a 15 min dalla città di Merano」

「This boutique hotel is central to everything. The staff was absolutely wonderful! I ended up adding a night so I got to experience a couple of different rooms. Both of which were on the front side and absolutely lovely. Personally, I liked the first room. I had a little bit more, although it was the more basic room, the second room I had was on the third floor, and it definitely felt a lot more private, was quite a bit larger, had a great balcony, and a lovely view of the mountains. 「The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Upon arrival the room was clean and smell cleaned, this is a rarely in most places. The hotel is older but they do a great job at keeping things modern and up to date. The spa and pool area are great with indoor and out pools and jacuzzi. The daily breakfast was nice, with plenty of seating areas. There are free bike rentals, as well as fee bikes for electric bikes. Many things to do in the area, hiking, walking, biking, visting...

「Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites.」

「Das Haupthaus des Hotels ist sehr beeindruckend, leider waren wir in einem Nebengebäude einquartiert das zwar OK war aber nicht annähernd an das eigentliche Hotel dran kam. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Wellness Bereich konnte bedingt angeschalteter Saunen nicht punkten und die das Thema Wartung sollte stärker priorisiert werden. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet!!!」
