Amazing apartment in Olpenitz

Located directly on the Baltic Sea, the LIFE@SEA holiday apartment lives up to its name. Right by the water, the holiday apartment boasts a fantastic sea view, proximity to the Weidefeld sandy beach and the harbour promenade in OstseeResort Olpenitz.

The view from the living area and master bedroom is through floor-to-ceiling windows and from the balcony onto the expanse of the sea. In good weather, you can see as far as the Danish islands.

The holiday apartment is furnished to a high standard, barrier-free, flooded with light and tastefully decorated. Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the harbour from the entire living and dining area and the balcony. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flatscreen TV in the living room and on two further TVs in the bedrooms.



Holidays are the time to get creative in the kitchen. The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals and the balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue evening with a view of the water.



The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom, equipped with a double box-spring bed and an additional flatscreen TV, ensures a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom has two further box-spring beds.



Furthermore, this holiday apartment also offers a home for your car and bicycle, both of which are located in the underground car park (entrance height: 2m). From here you can easily reach your holiday idyll on the second floor by lift.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
