Situated above the things, it offers a spectacular view of the water through floor-to-ceiling window fronts, harbour cinema guaranteed. And while the south-facing terrace directly on the water promises sun all day long, the sauna, wood-burning stove and underfloor heating offer cosy comfort at any time of year.
The open-plan living and dining area with its cosy seating area and large dining table invites you to linger in front of the crackling open fire. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment with ships sailing past.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.
The bathroom with walk-in shower provides maritime wellness moments, while the sauna offers a wonderful view of the water. The bathroom also offers access to the large terrace.

A private parking space is located directly in front of the house and bicycles also have an indoor parking space.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
