Located on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday property boasts a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The Baltic Sea resort's own white sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away and the green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger. This is a holiday!



Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth, infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool bathtub invite you to relax after a walk on the beach.



Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast together right by the waterPure holiday feeling.



Indoor entertainment is also provided by WLAN and Smart TV.



The two bedrooms offer access to the second terrace and each have an additional TV. Furthermore, both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens.



Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year.



In front of the house there is a private car park with electric car charging station and a private bicycle shed.



The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.



Our favourite place: sitting on the terrace, watching the boats enter the harbour and relaxing in the gentle Baltic Sea breeze right in front of the beautiful water backdrop.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
