Wonderful choice for a stay in Khaosiung. The laundry facility was very clean - I booked this hotel in the middle of a 10 day round the island trip and was counting on washing my clothes here so I would have clean clothes for my second half of the trip. I was very pleased with the high efficiency washers (40nt and about 30min per cycle) and dryers (40nt per 20min). They sell detergent and fabric softener if you don't bring your own (10nt each, you will need 1 box of detergent for a small load and up to 3 boxes for a large load). They also have a change machine to break 100nt into 10nt. There is a sink, iron, ironing table, counter, and sofa. I booked a harbor view room quadruple family room and the night view was beautiful. The room has an old style feel to it but is very spacious and clean. The beds are big and very comfortable. They have a standalone shower as well as a bath tub. The staff here is above and beyond. You enter through the Grand Hi Lai entrance and go past the reception counter and the elevators to the self check in kiosk in the back. I was disappointed the robot wasn't working when we went, but no big deal. Check in was easy and fast. The kiosk showed the wrong room type but my actual room was correct. Check out at the kiosk was similarly efficient. Be sure not to lose your keys, as you have to return them. Location wise, you cannot beat this hotel. Everything is walkable or attached to the hotel. There is a taxi line if you need it. 5/5!

フロントの方が日本語が出来るので安心でした。部屋も綺麗でめちゃくちゃ広い！ ただ窓はあるのに磨りガラスで全く外が見えないのが残念でした。

2泊グランドハイラインに宿泊後に、1日こちらのホテルへ宿泊。同じ建物なので、baggageはスタッフが部屋まで入れてもらえました。 部屋の作りは、ハイラインとほぼ同じ（浴槽は一回り小さい）で費用は安く満足しています。 タクシーもほぼ待たなくてすぐ来ます。

服務人員對於飯店能提供的服務狀態不熟悉

打客服請他送棉被，一開始答應後，等了30分鐘仍然沒有送來，再度致電後，說需要加價才能送，所以之前的送棉被就取消了，一通電話也沒有，白等了30分鐘，觀感相當差。服務人員對於電梯路線不熟悉，詢問是否可以從高樓層電梯轉至商場，經過詢問櫃臺，表示無法，都需要從一樓轉三次電梯過去，並與商場顧客一起排隊，但實際上是可以從高樓層轉乘電梯抵達，感覺櫃臺服務人員會提供錯誤資訊
