You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)

Charming!

Dan is a wonderful host and his property is delightful. I brought my teen and her best friend for a shopping weekend and it was a great base and place to decompress. I’d stay again!

Amazing place to book!

We stayed here over the weekend and absolutely loved it! Had everything we needed to cook meals, space to play board games and comfy beds! The location was perfect! We walked a block and were downtown! We were able to experience the Octoberfest because of the location! Definitely a great place to book for a short weekend!

Such a cozy place

My boyfriend and I stayed in the downstairs apartment for three nights and had a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and the house was super cozy, cool, and had a lot of charm. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to the area

Loved this property!

We recently stayed at this adorable home while we in town for the recent KC Chiefs game. Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants in Lee Summit! Quick 20 minute ride to the stadium! We would definitely return!

Felt like home away from home!

Such a quaint and comfortable home! It was so comfortable, it truly felt like home away from home! The location is incredible and the communication with Dan was excellent! We will definitely rebook when we return to Lee’s Summit!

Home town feeling!

Both of us loved the stay here. We rented out the bottom unit and could barely hear the upstairs luckily. It's literally a 3-5 minute walk from all the local shops downtown and restaurants. Will return next year!

Great Place! Great Location!

House was exactly as stated. Check-in/out was super easy. I would suggest that you get a full set of pots & pans and trim the hedges back so you have full access to the walkway. I would recommend to everyone and I will stay here again.

Chiefs Vaca

Perfect stay for our first Kansas City Chiefs game! We loved the downtown area of Lee’s Summit that was just minutes away from this home! It was very easy to navigate this location as well. It was so cute to top it off. Only negative thing I would have to say is that the upstairs was rented out as well and there is no sound berrier between the two. We were woke up 2 different times in the same night close to 1am and later from a dead sleep of it sounding like the ceiling was gonna collapse due to the other renters. Other than that, I would rent again!

Great location....easy walking distance to historic downtown Lee's Summit. Enjoyed a stroll into town to grab a coffee and experience the local farmer's market. It was an easy drive to the big city (Kansas City) as well...enjoyed a Royals baseball game, visited the Nego Leagues Baseball Museum, and perused the Harry Truman Presidential Library. Also enjoyed using the swing on the front porch on a warm Midwest evening. It was a great hub for visiting family and experiencing the greater KC area.

Lee's Summit is a great alternative to Kansas City. Quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. The road out front is a little loud, but quiets down in the evening. There is an upstairs and main floor unit to this property. So, keep that in mind. Host is excellent at communication!
