Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: One community swimming pool
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Fairways at Mauna Lani 704 is located in Building 7 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The property is in great location and in excellent condition. Everything is functional, plenty of beach stuff, like chairs, towels, boards, and toys. Kitchen is fully stuffed. The condo complex is our favorite in this area, having great pool, gym, and at walking distance to stores and a shore park. Interaction with managing company was easy and pleasant. We received all the instructions as promised in clear and simple form and did not have any questions. Overall, we had an outstanding vacation as expected.

This is not our first time staying in Mauna Lani, but the first time in the Fairways, and I’ll say it was a great place. They had all the beach toys we needed for access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The kitchen was well stocked and proximity to the grocery store, and Auberge was ideal. The Host company was extremely responsive, and we would stay here again!

Fairways is in a great location. close proximity to foodland and fairmont. very quiet and peaceful love that a beach wagon was made available. really helped with treking stuff to the beach. only suggested improvement… would live to have had access to cruiser bikes!

Our family has been returning to the Kohala Coast for many years. This was our first time staying in Mauna Lani community. We love it! Property was easily accessible - from obtaining parking pass, parking and proximity to market/beach/shops. Interiors are cozy, nicely decorated and clean. Private location within community and a nice view of the golf course from lanai and upper balcony. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Our condo stay was a delight. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed our time at the pool and beach. This condo was roomy and very clean. We could not get the jet tub to work, so having instructions would have helped. The decor/ art work in the condo was splendid. Sofa bed mattress downstairs needs improving. But bed mattresses in bedrooms were very comfortable. Very quiet setting, plus the gated entrance offered extra security. Our host quickly responded to my texts and ResorticaHawaii emailed us sufficient updates for our stay. I would recommend this condo for anyone desiring a relaxing Hawaiian vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this townhouse in the Fairways area of Mauna Lani. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed - including 4 beach chairs and towels. The pool and hot tub at the complex were great. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I loved having access to the Mauna Lani beach club - great snorkeling and it made for very easy beach access. We loved our visit and would happily stay here again.

We have stayed at different Fairway properties and this was by far the best experience. Comfortable home away from home. Other properties were definitely not as well cared for all the amenities, plus shocker laundry soap and dish washing detergent. It’s the little things that make the difference. Clearly they want their guests to enjoy they’re stay.

The complex is scenic and very well maintained. Our unit was in overall great condition except for the grill which needs some maintenance (burners crusted over, corrosion build up). Very nice pool and waterfall jacuzzi. Nice view out of the back of the unit overlooking 7th fairway of the golf course.

We go to Hawaii every year and this was the first time we did not stay at a hotel. This place was great, extra space for a family of 4. We loved having a full kitchen and an outdoor grill especially with the staffing problems at the local restaurants. The full washer and dryer was also great for the beach clothes and the ability to pack less. We really appreciated the beach gear, 4 chairs, umbrellas, towels, body boards, and more. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses (even wine glasses), plates, pots, pans, utensil's, coffee maker, etc.. The unit is well maintained and very clean. We will be looking to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay but the condo unit is in need of some repairs. The guest bathroom upstairs has a poorly functioning toilet and the shower drains very slowly. The guest bedroom has poor AC ventilation and was always several degrees warmer than master bedroom. The thermostat, like many other rental condos, is locked at 72 degrees. Because the thermostat is upstairs, the downstairs is always cooler than the bedrooms upstairs. Some of the ceiling fans worked but others did not. The kitchen appliances were dated. The microwave door requires some extra force to close tight enough to allow the microwave to function. The refrigerator freezer compartment is cold enough but the ice maker was marginal in ability to make ice cubes. The internet speed was marginal but probably typical of most rental condos. There were plenty of beach items, i.e., chairs, beach wagon, beach toys which would be nice for family with children. Overall, the unit was sufficient for an older couple and we enjoyed our stay but the unit has not been updated with any new fixtures or features that a modern condo would have. I suspect that this would be similar to many of the condo units at Mauna Lani as the resort is showing its age and many of the owners have not updated their units.

We love the location close to the Fairmont and its beach and shoreline, and close to Foodland Farms. It’s near Waikoloa Resort and more shops, but far enough away that the crowds are not present. The condo has everything you need: comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, extras like beach towels and quality beach chairs, and privacy. The unit is well laid out, with a spacious primary bedroom and bath. The complex has excellent and well maintained landscaping, and the large pool nearby is great for laps, or for playing with kids.
