"Room was comfortable and clean. The pool was FREEZING. Disappointing as we specifically booked this hotel for the pool and waterslide for the kids. The breakfast provided was surprisingly substantial, but it was a bit of a gong show and staff were no where to be seen to maintain any order. I know the hotel wasn't full as we booked that day and there were still a ton of rooms available, so the breakfast area clearly isn't sized appropriately for the hotel. People were dropping food and plates all over the place, and it was ten minutes before staff came out, then they got frustrated with the mum trying to pick up the broken pieces of the plate because she was throwing them in the garbage can as if she was supposed to know they were finally going to come out after ten minutes with a box, there was no counter space to set plates as you filled your plate (hence the poor kid breaking hers). Staff were constantly filling the lone elevator with laundry bins during peak hours and the elevator is slow, and they didn't even make an effort to make room or even acknowledge people trying to get around them."

"This property did not disappoint. Staff was helpful, room clean, continental breakfast was fresh and plenty to eat. Very close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely revisit if we have chance to travel this way."

"Its an older hotel, but I knew that. The bed was amazing and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I sleep best with some kind of noise so the bar downstairs playing music was AMAZING, however who ever had the aux was playing all my favorite music and it took everything in me not to go dancing in my pjs. I will definitely be back for my next kamloops get away."

"everything was good, the free breakfast was great. But I had booked it because it has a gym and the only useful machine in there was broken and out of service. So if you dont need the gym, its a great place to stay."
