"The hotel is fairly new and is amazing! Rooms are elegant and exceptionally clean with views of the river. Staff are incredible! They strive to meet every need! The Independent is the onsite restaurant. The food and beverages are exceptional! Highly recommend eating there during your stay! Parking is ample, not a problem. This was one of our most enjoyable mini vacations ever! There is an outside bar behind the hotel on the river that is open every evening with a green area for games such as Corn Hole. Lots of fun! Georgetown is a beautiful little town with great restaurants and shops! We plan to return during the holidays!"

"The location is hard to beat for access to the Harborwalk and the Front St establishments. It is very clean and updated. The main area with the sofa and TV is combined with a galley kitchen with a full size fridge and stove. The balcony is between the main room and entrance to the shower area. It overlooks the park and a slice of the river. It has a small table and chairs but not very usable. As you exit the hallway there is a huge shower area. Make a U turn to the sink and toilet. The bedroom has a barn door closure on the right and has no windows. The access to the unit is up a set of stairs and down two hallways. We love Georgetown and visit any chance can. This location is perfect for a park and walk to everything in downtown."

"The property was the perfect location to walk to all the downtown restaurants and stroll front street to shop. The accommodations were well thought out and nothing left unturned. The owner was prompt in her response with any questions I had,( how to connect to correct WiFi network.) We look forward to going back to Georgetown in the near future and will definitely book the hideaway!!!"
