Located just 7 minutes from the new Deer Valley East Village base, this home makes mountain access a breeze—no stoplights or freeway required. You’re also just a half-mile from the free Park City transit stop for easy rides to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and Historic Main Street. Salt Lake City International Airport is a quick 40-minute drive away.
The main floor features an open-concept living area with large windows, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to a private deck with a grill and mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with a rustic dining table and breakfast bar providing space for everyone to gather.
Downstairs, unwind in the second living area with an electric fireplace, smart TV, and access to a private patio and 7-person saltwater hot tub. A sleeper sofa and rollaway bed offer extra space for guests.
This dog-friendly home sleeps up to 10 guests if the rollaway cot is used and includes central AC, heating, WiFi, in-home laundry, and a 2-car garage. The Retreat at Jordanelle community offers seasonal pool access, a year-round hot tub, sauna, gym, theater room, and a neighborhood park with a playground.
With Jordanelle State Park less than a mile away and trails just up the street, you'll find endless opportunities to explore the outdoors year-round. Whether you’re skiing, boating, biking, or simply relaxing, this is the perfect base for your next mountain escape.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
