英語がうまく話せないわたしの話を一生懸命聞き取ろうとしてくれたり、ブッフェのご飯の時に色々教えてくれたり、とにかくスタッフの方が親しみが持ててステキなホテルでした！ 最終日に体調を崩してしまったのですが、このときもスタッフの方が優しく対応してくれ、病院までの車の手配もしていただき本当に助かりました！ ビーチからは少し離れていますがホテルでのんびり過ごす一日もよかったです。本当にここのホテルにしてよかったと思っています。

BD旅行でこちらに２泊しました。 レストランの料理が美味しいとの口コミとプールからの眺めがよかったのでこちらにしました。料理は値段の割には普通だったかな。4品＋ビール３杯で+5500円ぐらいでした。ただ、部屋は多少老朽化が見られましたが、総合的には80点ぐらいです。

休暇にはうってつけ
個人的には結構満足できました。タイの大抵のホテルのように、ここの従業員も感じがいいです。３０局ほどあるテレビはほぼ総て映りがよく、ネット接続は安定しており、十日間の滞在中に一度だけつながらないことがあった程度です。朝食はパン食・タイ食ともに極めて種類が多く、５日目にして初めて「こんなものもあったのか！」と驚くほど豊富で美味です。三日程度の滞在では、総ての朝食を味わうことができないでしょうね。紅茶は《アールグレイ》、《イングリッシュブレックファスト》、他は果物味の紅茶もあり、エスプレッソも提供していました。 トレーニングジムもあり、歩き足りない分を補うために毎日利用していました。自転車こぎが二台、台の上で走れるやつが二台、他筋トレ用の代物が三台ほどあって、設備は充実しています。利用者はほぼ毎回私だけで貸切状態でした。プールからの海の眺めは癒しになります。ただこう言った設備を利用するたびに階段を上がり下がりする必要があるので、それだけでもかなりの運動になりそうですね＾＾　 レストランの食事も良く、価格設定は高くも低くもなく、と言った印象でした。ただ残念なのが、眺めの良いレストランの後ろから自動車の騒音が聞こえるので、それが素晴らしい雰囲気に水を差すような形になっています。幹線道なので、これはやむを得ないですね。ただ部屋の中に入れば車の騒音は全く聞こえません。静寂そのものです。 ジャクジーつきの部屋を取ったのですが、二度ほどお湯がぬるかったことがありました。たまたま多人数の使用が重なりボイラーが追い付かないときにこういうことが起るかもしれないので、ジャクジーを利用する人は、お湯を出してから温度が高くならないときは、使用をやめて暫く待った方がいいです。ぬるいジャクジーは気持ちよくないですからね。それを除けば、お湯の温度は常に高く、圧力も十分で申し分ないです。残念なのが、排水溝のにおいが漂ってくることで、ひどいときは部屋の中にまで立ち込めてくることがあります。それを防ぐには風呂場の電燈を付けておくことです。浴室の明かりをつければ換気扇も回るので、臭いの拡散をある程度防ぐことができます。ホテルが全体的に洗練された出来になっているだけに、これは極めて惜しい欠点で、これが利用者の評価を下げる原因になるかもしれません。 部屋の中に《ジェコ》（だと思うが）白い小さな体長１０センチ程度のトカゲが出ることがあります。一度部屋を横切ったトカゲも見たことがありました。プール付の部屋を取ったのですが、そのベランダの壁には毎日張り付いていました。自然が多いところなので、これが当たり前なのでしょう。私は全く気になりませんが、部屋にトカゲが出るなんて気味が悪い、という人は覚悟しておいた方がいいかも（笑） ジャンクセイロンとホテルを往復する無料シャトルバスは一日五本です。一番近くのコンビニは、丘を降りきって３００メートルほど行ったところにあるファミリーマートで、ホテルから歩いて２５分ほどかかります。なので、買い出しする時は、中心街で買い物をしてシャトルバスで戻ったほうが楽です。《エアポート・エクスプレス・バス》を使ってジャンクセイロンまで来て、ここでホテルのシャトルバスに乗り換えれば、安くホテルまで行けます。ホテルのシャトルバスの発着場所は日本食レストラン《フジ》のすぐそばです。

大人向けのコンパクトデラックスなホテル
空港から約1時間、コンパクトではあるものの快適に過ごすことができるホテルです。春節のこの時期、団体客を避けてるためにこのホテルにしましたが、大正解。朝は鳥の声とやさしい日差しで目覚め、インフィニティプールでは半日のんびり過ごせます。ビーチはありませんが、崖下の海は透明度も高く、魚もたくさん見られました。お子様のための設備はあまりありませんが、大人だけならば部屋からレストラン、プールなどの移動が少なくて済むので、とても楽です。朝食もちょうど良い種類、ディナーのシーフードバーベキューは2度、アラカルトも利用しました。 近くにコンビニエンスストアなどがありませんので、パトンへシャトルバスで行ったついでに仕入れてくることをお勧めします。

ホテルでゆっくり滞在がオススメ！
一人旅で3泊利用しました。今回はホテルでゆっくりしたかったため、レビューでも同じようにホテルでゆっくりしたい方の評価の高いこちらへ。 結果的には最高の滞在でした！ ホテルは50部屋くらいしかなく、同じスタッフをよく見るので、安心します。 サービスは欧米系ホテルのように洗練されているわけではないけど、人懐っこい笑顔と優しさで接してくれて、私的にはこちらの方がGOOD！ ジュニアスイートにした部屋は大変広く、室内には外が見えるジャグジー、そしてテラスには3室の方だけ利用できるプール、ビーチチェアー、ソファー、普通のテーブル、椅子があります。外のテラスからは海がすぐ近くで、波の音が最高のバックミュージックに。私は朝食を持ってきてもらって、外で食べてました。夜はとても静かで、唯一何の音がするだけ！ 共用のプールは広いわけではないけど、海と一体化したような作りで、プールサイドに寝っ転がっているだけでも最高です。 ホテルの食事は、屋台とかそういうところに比べれば高いけど、200-300バーツくらいで食べられるので全く高いとも思いません。 パトンには、無料のシャトルが出ているので、うまく使えばそちらに遊びにも買い出しにもいけます。シャトルに乗って10分くらいです。 私が滞在した時は日本人はゼロ。 とまぁ、ゆっくりしたい方にはオススメです。 唯一、テラスの天井が雨漏りしているのか、雨降った後にはけっこうみずが滴ってきます。そこだけ改善希望ですかね。

子連れで過ごすオンザビーチのお洒落なブティックホテル
7才の娘と2泊滞在しました。 喧噪な場所に滞在したくなかったため、不便を覚悟の上、静かなオンザビーチのこちらのホテルを選びました。朝は、波の音で目が覚め、期待通りのバカンスを楽しめました。 ホテル内で海を望みながら朝食をとった後は、ツアーに出かけ、夕方に戻り、ホテル内のプールで19時まで遊び、その後夕食もホテル内というスケジュールでしたが、とても満足しております。 朝食は種類はあまりありませんが、夕食とともに美味しくいただきました。 スタッフの方々は、みんな親切で優しいです。費用対効果は、非常に高く感じました。 また、プーケットを訪れる際は、こちらに滞在したいです。

シャトルバスの便数以外は最高でした！
11/25〜12/2まで家族3人で宿泊いたしました。 部屋はロードビューでビーチとは真反対で最初はがっかりでしたが、毎朝6:30〜7:00にホテル近くの象乗り場へ象使いが象に乗って出勤してきます。 毎朝それを見るのが3歳の娘との日課になり楽しかったです！ 日本語は全く通じませんが、英語はok! スタッフのサービスは良く、とにかく部屋は綺麗。 朝食とプールのクオリティは私の経験した中では一番だと思います。 デメリットは3.5km先のハブビーチであるパトンまでの移動手段が悪く、シャトルバスの数も少ないため、トゥクトゥクで片道300バーツとられながら毎度往復していたら結構かかります。 リスクはありますがパトンで初日にレンタルスクーター（24時間 250〜300バーツ）を通しで借りてしまうのがオススメです。

ゆっくり落ち着けるホテル
ジュニアスイーツのお部屋で、モダンな内装、設備でとてもゆっくりできました。ホテル内のレストランで夕飯をいただきましたが、とても美味しかったですし、朝食のビュッフェも大満足です。 １つ残念なのは、スタッフの対応です。チェックインの際も、定刻の時間を過ぎてるにも関わらず１時間待たされました。ウェルカムドリンクもないし、何をして待てばいいのか・・・ また、ホテルの予約では、SPA１時間付きのプランでしたが、チェックイン何のアナウンスもされませんでした。結局施術は受けられずで、チェックアウト時にそれを言いましたが、とくにお詫びもなく不快でした。 スタッフのホスピタリティが良ければ、とってもお勧めのホテルになると思います。

ジュニアースイートのお部屋だったので部屋にジャグジーとプールがついてました。プールは隣の2部屋と共有です。私の泊まった時は隣が中国系の方で、そのご家族が他の部屋から何人も来てプールを使っていて入りにくかったです。 マッサージのメニューは充実しています。 フロントで日本円は両替できませんので注意が必要です。

It’s unfortunate we have to leave this review but we would like others to be aware and not experience what we did as Phuket is know for its beautiful beaches. We fell into the worst experience stay here. We had a feeling something wasnt right from the moment we got there, we kept attempting to not focus or think much about it and enjoy the beautiful ocean view it gives. The restroom toilet, tub and small shower are in one room not giving a good air flow or a vent becoming very stuffy and unpleasant drain smell. Our pool was shared with two other guest next to us. There was other guest above us and then rooftop where it could be a bit rowdy and loud not recommended as many were throwing cigarette buds and spitting down into the pool we aren’t sure if they realized or considered of other guest underneath them. As we were going to bed we kept having a strong odor of urine in the room making it unable to rest well. We then decided to undo the whole bed and see what was going on that is when we felt absolutely disgusted and upset the bed sheet had urine stain and strong Oder the mattress was stain and we headed over to the lobby and kindly tried to explain the unfortunate experience as they did not seem to accommodate us or refund us for the inconveniences we coming across, we decided to check out the next day book elsewhere.

We loved Zenmaya Oceanfront Zeascape. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Mike the resort manager had excellent communication, and wanted to ensure we were happy and taken care of. If you’re looking for a relaxing couple of nights, this is the place to go, we had a room with a shared pool and couldn’t be happier. A little out of the way, so not really walkable to shops or other restaurants, they have a new Executive Chef on staff so we are excited to see what he does with the menu.

This place has amazing views and very clean and staff was helpful and nice. However not in walking distance of anything and requires motorbike or taxi to get around. Very nice pool and dining with dining pricey.

It is like a hostel and the facility is quite old. Room and toilet was dirty. No hot water from 7pm till next day morning because the hot water machine was not working. And the staff was not care of it. They told you to shower when there is hot water but they actually didn’t know when the machine back on service. No refund or compensation at all.

Quiet area with attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere. Mai Tais are worth a try or two! Shuttle service to shopping center is good value, though a pickup for us was missed. Unfortunately we didnt get to use the spa as there was still some debris in the system which they did send an engineer to fix; however this should have been seen to prior to our stay.

Staff were awesome. Food was good. Cleaning staff stole my Oakley sunglasses, so that really was aweful. Shower grout mouldy, pool jets didnt work, fridge was not cold so warm drinks. Go to this resort with 3 star expectations.

Amazing !!! I was really impressed , the hotel is beautiful, staff is super friendly, rooms are very nice and clean, location is great and food at the restaurant was really good. Breakfast was very complete. If i come back, I’ll definitely stay there. If you are looking for options in phuket, don't look more.

Thank you for the lovely stay
They accommodated to my early check in request. And check in was a breeze. The room was big, and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking. The staff at the counter is very polite, and helpful with any of your queries and requests. Will truly recommend anyone to stay here for a relaxing getaway in beautiful Phuket.

Nice swimout pool from room
It was amazing to stay U Zenmaya and very good value for money. We shared a pool with 2 other rooms and it was wonderful to have outdoor and indoor jacuzzi.

Idyll!
Flott hotel! Anbefaler rom med eget basseng, men felles bassenget er i seg selv idyllisk og ikke fullt. Nydelig utsikt fra hele hotellet og god mat på restaurant. Elsket at kunne bestille frokosten til rommet. Flott idyllisk strand med gode muligheter for både bading og snorkling. Kommer gjerne igjen.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was quiet, but a walk/drive to anywhere really, which we were okay with. The staff was all very attentive & kept the place looking great & made sure we were always taken care of. They would call for a ride, arrange dinner or an appointment. The spa was also wonderful, would recommend.

Vue superbe
Établissement avec une vue magnifique. Superbe piscine à débordement. Cependant il nécessite à certain égard un petit rafraîchissement, notamment au niveau des salles d’eau des chambres et les parties communes. Emplacement à mi chemin entre Patong et Kamala. Proche de l’animation de Patong, mais assez loin pour rester très calme. A noter qu’un moyen de locomotion s’avère Indispensable pour garder une certaine facilité pour découvrir l’Ile et ses plages
